We didn’t actually use the pools or jacuzzis while we were onboard. The jacuzzis were definitely heated as I could see the steam coming off them when we walked past. Im not sure about the pools but there was always someone in them when we walked past. Have a great time

☹️ Don't remind me , hated my time on that ship, felt like spending my week in a busy airport terminal that had 50 flights cancelled.

We all have different tastes don't we. I wasn't sure how I would feel being on a larger ship but we enjoyed it and I liked the decor
