The white interior and the open space make it look like a shopping mall rather than a cruise ship... in my opinion... all looks nice and clean but not like what I would expect a cruise ship to look like! As always LOVE watching your videos! top quality!!! Thanks

It's really nice, but very beige. I feel I want to add some swathes of colour .But I do like the amount of open space and Windows. I do prefer the special restaurants and bars to be seperate, and not open plan, as that atrium sounds very loud. I do like the Olive Grove idea, and The Quays. Those prom cabins are weird, imagine forgetting to cover up as you put your undies on. Outside areas are great, although I agree toes seating pods are strange. Sky dome is a really good idea for a uk based ship and I bet will be very busy.Thanks guys for a great tour.
27:50 - I think it's really strange that they put cabins right on the promenade and they don't have a door in the glass to let you exit right TO the promenade. That would be the ONLY reason I MIGHT find such a room interesting; if you had immediate access to the public space from your cabin. Otherwise you are just a side show for other people.

Really enjoyed watching this thank you guys, and thanks for pointing out those balcony cabins that are right next to the promenade deck, that would seriously ruin my holiday if I was in one of those. If I wanted to have people going past looking at me I would just save all that money and stand by a main road instead.

My kind of ship! Lots of places to relax! I've never seen so many hot tubs, and I love the pub and jazz bar, the indian restaurant, and the mini mall style eating area with the fish and chips.
You convinced us to try Viking Venus and what a triumph that was. This video is fantastic but I don’t think it has won me over just yet. Best review of the ship I have seen by anybody so far. Brilliant. Look forward to seeing more from Iona!
Loved your review guys, Deck 8 is perfect if you love a chit chat over the garden fence, you could spend all day on your terrace area chatting and saying hi to all the passer Byers if that’s your thing! I’ve also heard today P&O have removed Deck 8 smoking area which I know a lot of cabin passengers will be grateful for going forward, it was lovely meeting you both on Iona and let’s hope we get to sail on a Disney cruise together 🤞🏻

Sorry but the atrium @ 5.11 looks like a airport departure lounge with passengers waiting for their flights...Maybe I'm bias. I used to sail on the original P&O Iberia, Arcadia, Oriana and Chusan in the 1970's. They were small 28,000 - 35,000tons, but so intimate. The smell of polished mahogany and leather filled the air. Stewards served just 4 cabins and were available 24/7 and you could order food anytime night or day. Apart from excursions and drinks, everything was included no matter where you dined. Oh I miss those times.... never to be repeated..
I’ve been on the Iona before, and she was beautiful, the floor also felted weird due to the vibration you can feel, there are new smells, food taste delicious, I’ll love to get back on the ship next time, I love Iona, and everybody loves her! Great video 😃

Ben and David what a marvelous tour! The ship is huge, so many dining and entertainment venues. Modern, sleek, and very bright. Can't wait for your food, cabin and adventure vlogs..👍👍🌈🌈🌈
P&O are going to have to do something about the layout of Deck 8 or they're going to get scores of unhappy customers and negative reviews. Just classify the cabins differently (so customers buying balcony rooms in good faith don't get auto-allocated there) and price them the same as inside cabins and it's a fair alternative for those who don't mind the intrusion on their privacy. P&O should put their reputation over a little extra margin, in what is becoming an increasingly competitive market.
Excellent video. The atrium looked like an airport terminal. We almost thought we would see a plane land or take off. The rest of the common areas looked like a modern mall. Lots of neat restaurants, especially the Indian restaurant and those three all day food stalls. Hope you get a deep discount for those 8th floor balcony rooms overlooking the wrap around and narrow deck.

Wow. Looks like P&O dedicated tons of space to pools, hottubs and sun lounges. Mardi Gras has alot of space taken up by waterside, skycourse, and rollercoaster. Doesn't have enough pools for the amount od people. I think I like the P&O version more. Your content is very professional and pleasant to view
Great tour, we are on Deck 9 aft in a fab suite, so we haven't explored as much as you have ! We were originally booked for a conservatory cabin, but got upgraded as we booked 3 years ago. I agree the lack of privacy is an issue, the Promenade deck should have been on deck 7, where there are no cabins. The visit to Iona and the firework display were wonderful. If there was a door in the glass people could walk in possibly mistaking your for their cabin. You could run a car boot on your balcony.
The ”sister”ship Mardi Gras, take use of the advantage of being close to the promenade, in their Havana Cabana staterooms
