    Hi Doctor, 2 months ago I had a panic attack from Testosterone enanthate. In the days prior my heart rate had been elevated to 115bpm and I couldn't sleep. The dose I was taking was high but the brand was off-market and very underdosed so I injected much but my levels weren't high. After a week I injected 0.2ml and I got another panick attack. Now I can't even take one pump of Androgel or my heart will start racing and pounding and will shoot up to 100bpm or more. As soon as it works of my heart rate will get lower and I get dizzy. I did an ECG and that turned out to be okay, and it isn't related to estrogen as it happens when estrogen is high or low. I also don't feel anxious unless e2 is low. Hope you can help, thanks!

    This doc unfortunately doesn't know how many people on TRT suffer from panic attacks, caused by testosterone

    The same thing happens to me. It's always when the estrogen gets too high that it happens. When I take more anastrozole, it will then subside.

      Never had this when younger blasting 200-300+ orals 🥴, was 2 years of thinking my brain was broken.

      @@Jdac333 Yeah, I never used to respond in this manner either but I think it's an age thing. As men age, we produce more estrogen and then when you add an androgen to the mix, it may require more AI.

    The only thing that has given me panic attacks is withdrawal from an OTC sleep aid that contained a Russian pharmaceutical called Phenibut. If you see GABA agonist on any label either steer clear or make sure you don’t take it more than twice a week.

    • @sephmcfierce
      @sephmcfierce 2 роки тому +2

      @Harry Balls GABA is different than GABA agonists. GABA agonists make your brain produce more GABA. It’ll make you even more calm, relaxed, and sleepy. But after a week or so you shouldn’t stop taking it cold turkey. Your body responds to elevated GABA production by producing more Glutamate - the neurotransmitter that does the opposite of GABA. When you come off of the GABA agonist, your glutamate production stays high and can lead to seizures, hallucinations, vomiting, panic disorder, anxiety disorder, and dysautonomia (problems with heart rate, blood pressure, breathing.) It’s the same effect as severe withdrawal from alcoholism or benzodiazepines.

    Loving the content Doc, I saw a post on your story a week ago regarding Test and how it affects mood, aggression and confidence. Would you be able to elaborate more on that and how people should base their cycles of this?
    Also I’m planning on partying hard during the summer. What is the best liver guard I can run?

    Its always estrogen related. High e2 causes it

    People also need to look into their lifestyle , stress levels , environment, diet , caffeine and drug use . Other supplements, sleep etc . These all play a role testosterone dose activate the CNS and increase dopamine it does cause adrenergic activation and can cause feelings of restlessness and to much energy , and even insomnia. This means the dose can be to high or your estrogen is to high as well . Some people just can’t tolerate test . For example 200mg test puts me at 2700 total t which is very high

    Hello Dr, hello Ron, i am considering taking the online steroids masterclass. Can you talk about the content, the perspective. Do we have some documents with it? Can we ask questions during the class to make sure we understand the content? And last, do you talk about TRT and provide informations about this? SAS EFCHARISTO from a french 50 year old weightlifter and osteopath who's following you.

    Hello. I had to stop a 3 month TRT because in moderate stressful situations I have some kind of anxiety attack with tachycardia weakness and chills. It has been a month since I have stopped but my stress response is still bad. Will it go away by itself? I mention that I was taking 250mg testosterone enanthate in a week. In how much time will my body adjust the estrogen and cortisol in order to heal this problem that I have?

    Hey Doc and Ron! Which one is stronger per milligram, masteron or Primo?

    hi Doc, hi Ron, question from a 50 year old. I eat very clean, have been training all my life, never drunk, never smoked, 5/10 pounds overweight but visible abs. I'm efficient on a lowcarb diet and it has helped reduce my insuline sensitivity and lower my glycemia from 100 to 95. In his book "TRT revolution" Jay Campbell says 600 mg is the level under wich one should start TRT. I am at 550 and have some lowT signs : hard to loose fat now, strength goes down, fatigue. Should i start TRT, check smthg before? Regards from France and ""efcharistó " for what you do for us.

      @@Kreegrrr thank you my friend for your message. you are not the only one telling me not to go on TRT with 550. I'm going through lots of health checks to solve this fatigue problem. From what i read and watched, 300 is a good level to start TRT, according to Dr Rand...so it's surprising you didn't fix your fatigue issue. Did you check your blood glucose? High glucose in your blood does give you fatigue, especially after meals. For me, lowcarb diet was life changing after a few months a bit hard...the time for my body to run more on ketones ...Good luck with your health.
