dr, I've been taking TRT for many years, at a dose of 150mg of testosterone per week, which gives me 1100ng of testosterone, recently my doctor changed it to 250mg of sustanon every 10 days, I've been feeling a lot of mood swings, especially in the fall, a lot of aggression, and terrible mood. Can this difference in applications generate this symptom? I have 12% body fat, can I apply intramuscular injection to the deltoids with an insulin needle? 13x4 needle, this makes it a lot easier, as my deltoids already have some fibrosis due to repetitive applications. Do you recommend any other application points? because I apply it myself, and I can't do it on the glutes.
My question is: if the E2 is around 60-70 while on trt is it necesarry to use arimidex? Also whats the most common side effects of arimidex? Thank you!

Question: Dr T replied to my question concerning my GH dosage for healthy aging (2iu's). I've got 2 additional questions: 1) does the injection site matters? Or can I alternate belly, shoulder, quad etc. I use a GH pen (Omnitrope) with a 31g needle. 2) What about the timing. I currently inject 2iu's before bed daily. I heard some people saying it's better to do it in the morning and some saying it's better to split AM and PM. Does it really matter or is it just bro science? (I do 1h AM fasted cardio 5 times (Mo-Fr) on my indoor bike).

Sustanon has too many esters you need everyday injections for the propionate really

No. Unless you have gyno symptoms. Even then use a SERM.
