You just have to choose reputable sushi restaurant. It may be safer to have sushi in Japan. My family eat Sushi and never have a problem so far.

Salmon is an excellent choice for several reasons: Rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Salmon is packed with omega-3s, which are beneficial for heart health and reducing inflammation. High-Quality Protein Source: The protein in salmon helps build muscle and keeps you feeling full longer. Loaded with Vitamins and Minerals: Salmon provides vitamin D, B12, and selenium, supporting bone health, immunity, and overall well-being. Great for Various Diets: Salmon fits well into many diets, including those for diabetes management or weight loss.
It may be more expensive but blueberries are cheaper than being diagnosed with kidney cancer and having to have my right kidney removed. I am so thankful that my insurance covered it or I would be living in my van by the river. 😥
