I hope they'll give the Genn/Baku treatment for these questlines so these interesting (and slower) new cards could see some play. I don't mind combo decks, but I miss the times when we could win unfavoured match ups if we played it correctly
what if they just made them completely unplayable, like making them not in your deck or like costing two but what ever happens they are terrible in wild and the game is better without them
So, from having played a Maestra deck in wild that uses Wyrmrest Purifier, I can confidently say that the Wildpaw Gnoll would count rogue cards before the transformation as other class cards being added to your hand. Bazaar Burglary, which requires you to add non-class cards to your hand, counts drawing cards as adding to your hand. After having swapped to rogue, which playing the quest will do because it's a rogue card, drawing a converted card advances the quest. Given you're a different class while disguised, and the cost reduction happens even when the gnoll isn't in hand, five draws in a Maestra deck will make the gnoll cheap or free. As a side note for those wondering about the deck; the idea is to play very few rogue cards (right now running the quest, 2 academic espionage, Maestra, and Tess), try and get a purifier out quickly (this can go very wrong, fun deck, not reliable), drop the quest, and more or less complete the quest with zero extra effort while playing whatever random nonsense your deck has turned into. Then replay it with Tess. AE is a backup for purifier VS non-rogue decks, though the purifier is preferably played first, it may need to be played early VS more aggressive decks if drawn first. Going to have to try some of these new rogue cards to see how it plays.
I hope someday there will be like some kind reunion match competition between all the Hearthstone past and current content creator and host by Kibler and Ben Brode also attending. That would be so awesome.
Speaking as a Hordy, Dun Baldar Bridge gives me PTSD. The amount of times we'd dominate the entire BG but not be able to push that damned chokepoint. AV was so damned Alliance biased in layout, I hated it. All they have to do is hold the bridge and it'd be a stalemate.
well let's be honest here. alterac valley is an alliance stomping ground. even though the bridge is a fucking pain in the ass, the horde is well above a 90% wr
I'm not too familiar with all the cards so if you could put the other cards you mention while you talk on the side, it would be useful without me having to google whatever card you mentioned.
I think that you underestimated the combo potential of Xyrella's battlecry, indeed her hero power is a decent design, but it wont matter if she can end the game with her hero power ^^
Hold the bridge can actually work with samuro, if you're playing Pen flinger (in a libram paladin). Still, the card is mostly nuts in big paladin to swing against agro (it works well with both the yellow inquisitor and the new dragon)

But faster.
But Hall of fame is gone...?

So true
Delete Ignite from the game
I think the new effects are pretty sweet, fitting for the king of dragons
Absolutely, they look amazing

Criminally underrated stream you are a joy to watch
New effects are really cool. Interested to try Big Pally

Haven't played in a few years. The power creep is pretty wild!
Dekkster made a super cool deck with Dun Baldar Bridge and derailed coaster on the theorycrafting stream
You could technically bounce your Scabbs and replay it the same turn seems kinda nutty.
If you start at 30 health. You are able to swing the immovable object five times before going to 0.

@@Axelovskji is or was? I haven't AVd since the release of TBC over a decade ago.
Paladin bridge would be sick with minion summoning deathrattles actually
You think you can bring back the warlock rustwix quest deck we used to love by using tamsin with rustwix
Cerathine Fleetrunner can work with Tess in the singular case of having Tess in hand, then using secret passage into cerathine
I enjoyed big warrior, deff wanna try big pally
It's wierd that priest gets a deathrattle package but not that rogue double deathrattle card.

both bridges are in paladin because both bridges in AV are on the alliance side of the map.
Glad to see blizz paying homage to doubleagent outside of wow!

cerathine sounds an awful lot like it's gonna be a 5 cost renounce the darkness
What does BMH stand for in your logo?
Its not an H, it's a K
BMK, Brian M. Kibler, his initials
Damn, Templar Captain looks so rad. Too bad he'll probably not see much meta play.

Snake meta incoming. Gotta counter hero Cariel somehow, that weapon is absolutely insane.
Rustrot Viper exists ;)
Burgle rouge is probably the only deck that can make me play HS again... Unfortunately the game is still super p2w... So im staying with LoR
As cool as that fire background thingie is, with it just being a frame around a video, it's really annoying constant movement.
Agreed, no reason to not just have full screen here.
Yeah, I'm not going to use it on future review videos - it was a new toy I got too excited about.
