When I saw my online maths tutor getting frustrated I pretended to disconnect and then never came to his lessons again. It's humiliating and upsetting for the student too. This year I got a patient and very helpful teacher and now I might actually pass maths. Gotta wait and see.
@@Rivərsame buddy

This is what parenting is like.
So that’s how my math teachers feel when they had to deal with me.
As a math teacher this speaks to me in so many ways. After the fifth time explaining something that we’ve been doing for a week mentally breaks you sometimes. Nothing hurts more than a student making the same mistake on the 4th practice problem after you took the time to explain it to them 1 on 1. It’s understandable but really frustrating.
@@masterdebater8145my home tutor explained it to me like 5 times and i still didn't do well after doing it next time .i wonder how much patience does he have😃
😂😂 yea my tuition teacher too😂😂
@@masterdebater8145lol I can kinda understand your frustration as I taught a bit of math to my cousin when I was younger and it was really frustrating. but please, if you can, don't show too much of the anger or frustration that you feel to the student. as someone who once felt the frustration of her piano teacher because apparently I was too stupid, it made me lose my motivation to continue learning.
"oh, I'm stupid. she got mad because I was stupid. well who wouldn't, I've learned it for 2 weeks and I haven't shown any improvement. I guess I should just stop learning piano. I don't have the talent anyway, why should I come every week here just to get scolded?"
that was my general thought process that made me quit. and I still regret it until now that I didn't continue my lesson.

Calm your t*tz everyone. We are like this in Asia. Not only in China. If you the oldest sibling, you are oblige to tutor your younger siblings. Hiring a tutor is expensive, sending your child to review class is expensive and it's privately owned. We also keep our school notes so that our cousins or siblings in lower grades can take information from it.

@@weightedundermountainofbook this is exactly the problem with being a fast grasper. One can never know the trick to make it easier for others. I have only been able to teach someone concepts that I have struggled to grasp myself initially.
