- This is a quick splits stretching routine that you can do every day to get flexible and to finally get your splits! This video is for intermediate to advanced, if you are a beginner in stretches, then you should start with some of my beginner videos!

Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
I'm 61 just had a recent issue with a medication that gave me a horrible reaction had to stay in bed for 1 month only walking around house I ride horses couldn't do a thing got out of shape fast but I'm ready for all bew challenges will take it easy thanks
