Amazing video! You truly are a genius when it comes to working and shaping wood :) Do you have any videos for making narrow slits or grooves in wood? Like 1 or 2mm wide?
Very soon, someone will copy your jig and put it on UA-cam without giving you a single credit. It has happened in the past, and it will happen in the future as well. At least they can say it was copied from your channel. Fantastic jig and very helpful for people like me who don't have so many tools.
you set up the width of your mortice by placing the tenon in the jig and sliding your two moving supports in . Then you used a guide bush in the router to cut the mortice. there will be a difference between the size of the cutter and the guide bush so how can this work?
Amazing, as always! The plans are a nice touch, and are very much appreciated. I’ll be making my own soon. Also, I have a playlist titled “jigs” that I save videos like this to for future reference. I recently looked through the playlist…and yours are the vast majority of all the videos!! Lol. It might as well be titled “TWC.” Thank you for all the fantastic work!!
You are simply amazing. You have the brain of an engineer. Really fantastic jigs. 👍 Thank you so much for sharing your amazing ideas. Greetings from France.
Grazie mille per il video e per aver condiviso il piano di lavoro ❤. Non ho capito se usi una fresa particolare o hai un anello a copiare. Potresti darmi questa info ed eventualmente i diametri? Grazie sei il top!
I wonder, if you had to create a ring-shaped mortise with a plunging router/trimmer, would you prefer a stencil-like jig or a base-plate with a pin (matching a hole in the material to be mortised) protruding downward, allowing it to function like a compass? Nevermind. I see that you've already sort of answered this question in your Evolving the Trimmer Guide [ ua-cam.com/video/Fw9XVc6_aHg/v-deo.html ]. :)

You make beautiful jigs. Not only are they helping woodworking, but it's a work of art themselves. Thank you
TY!
Incredible work, loved this. I just noticed, the plywood looks like it has a solid core? Did you make it that way or is that how it’s sold in Japan?
Yes! Someone Please answer this question!

Thank taku for these jig!
How do you set the guide so that the space between the copy ring and the mortise edge is correct ?

Muito bom. Uma sugestão é fazer um esbarro para a lateral para a tupia não comer as laterais do gabarito.

Very interesting video, I think making the jig would be a lot of fun.

It seems that the second time he shows the tenon, it's smaller
@@lupox8 that would explain it
Your technique and jig is so simple and brilliant, a pleasure to watch.

What kind of drill bit are you using in this video? It looks like a cross between a forstner bit and a standard twist drill bit.

Супер, но не понял😊 как центр ставить? ... а так классно👍
Городить такое только ради узких небольших пазов нерационально, по-моему.
Fantastic very good BRASIL
