Irasshai: Eat, Drink, Kanpai! 2024 Recap

On May 17, 2024, the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaiʻi (JCCH) hosted the 2nd annual Irasshai: Eat, Drink, Kanpai! presented by aio Digital + WKF, Inc. in Mōʻiliʻili, HI.
Over 450 people joined us at the Center for our Japanese street festival-inspired event! Colorful lanterns, a custom-made yagura 櫓 (tower), and centerpieces made by ikebana 生け花 (flower arranging) volunteers brightened up the ballroom upstairs, while even more lights and lanterns lit up the courtyard as the sun set behind our red torii gate.
