Yes, as mentioned on Twitter, there is no real space for such a thing between the head and the frame. So either no tall prints or using the mounting option on top of the frame. Will publish both files soon.
No, it won't miss the print head. I am printing 95% small parts, so for me it's fine. But there is also a mounting option on top of the frame without interfering with the head. Display will be available on tindie soon.
