how do you keep a kiln from stalling around 2000f? 1100c?? Not sure if I'm causing the stall or if the kiln stalls naturally? damper is open and gass (CNG) is on high. sum reduction flame.
LeRoy Grubbs I think you kiln isn’t getting enough oxygen for all the gas to burn, or you gas pressure isn’t high enough.
Twelve hours omg lol I building my first gas kiln , have no idea what I doing but been researching for quite some time.
So you are saying 100 degrees per hour for bisque firing ?

keep it to a low increase up to 600C about 50-70c per hour then you can go up to 120c per hour. for the next 600-900c
@@stevebootonceramic I just did my fourth firing in my home made gas kiln. Been increasing about 106 C an hour then towards the end as high as 160 C , finish under 9 hours , so far been working great.
Using earthenware clays , bisque to cone 04.
