100% Agree…. I’ve never done bjj but my son loves it. I was looking for something like this so we could practice at home, not just at the gym. Please do some more videos on this. Thank you

Do you have any good videos or recommendations for similar practice, but without having a jacket or gi? Or would that be an entire other sport?
