His Blastoise has Hydro Cannon and is 14 levels higher than Gold's Typhlosion. In reality the battle would more go until he loses his Pikachu. Right after that Blastoise is sent out and not to be the barer of bad news but... the lvl.84 Blastoise gets a OHKO on Typhlosion even with the best Typhlosion moveset which has Hidden Power Grass or Thunder Punch. Basically this battle would be over as soon as Pikachu dies because Blastoise is next up.
