Wellllll, there’s more. Remember My Blood? The end of Navigating draws direct connection to the end of My Blood. Clancy has a revelation that Josh’s character was never actually real within the Lore, just like we have a revelation that the brother in My Blood was never actually real. And this is solidified by the outro of Navigating when you hear the chimes of My Blood. It is my honest opinion that My Blood is the origin story of Clancy.
Here's the story line right now in a nutshell: Everything BEFORE Clancy is this - our character Clancy is in the city of Dema, in the continent of Trench. The city's name translates to 'towers of silence' (or something like that), as it has 9 towers, 9 sections of the city and 9 bishops who rule the city & promote Vialism, the stolen religion of suicide. They can also possess dead bodies with the antler things they got (which explains the religion - gives them vessels to use as well). Clancy is under the bishop Nico, aka Blurryface, he escapes once or twice, gets to know the Banditos who live outside Dema and wear yellow, since the bishops can't see yellow. When Clancy is brought back to Dema, he becomes known in the city, and is forced by the bishops to entertain the people, This is where the Trench era ends, and the SAI era starts. At this time, Josh always seems to be with Tyler/Clancy in places controlled by the bishops, which didn't make sense, until THE NAVIGATING VIDEO - this video (with Josh disappearing) teaches us that Josh, the Torchbearer, has an ability to guide, and therefore Clancy has always been alone since the Levitate video (aka end of Trench era, when Clancy was brought back to Dema). On the Saturday video, on the submarine, Clancy was given help to escape the submarine and the Bishops, from Trash the dragon, who wrecked the submarine, aka the bishop Keons (I believe), who betrayed the other 8 by possessing the dragon and helping Clancy escape, this resulted in his death by the other bishops when they found out. Later on, in the music video of The Outside - Clancy has washed to Voldsøy, where he finds Ned and got the antlers and the ability to possess the dead. And now, we've reached Clancy - in overcompensate, we see Clancy briefing the Dema rebellion, explaining the bishop's rain of terror to the people, and at the end we find out he was ceasing (possessing) a body, and was actually just arriving back in Trench, with 'Josh', aka the guidance from the Torchbearer. And finally, in this clip - we see Clancy meetup with Banditos, walk around, and finally reach the REAL Torchbearer/Josh - who hands him his mask, and we see all the Bandito's torches (Torchbearers, I believe, is also a general nickname of the Banditos), which indicates they are ready for battle. In this scene the song My Blood from Trench starts playing in the background. Bonus - the final lore piece of the album in it's current state, is Paladin Strait, the final song. We don't have the music video of that song quite yet, but the song features Clancy and the Banditos approaching Dema, and initiating the battle, and in the end Clancy goes up a tower to find Nico, and it ends on a cliffhanger when he finds him and Nico greets him, using the phrase 'The Few, The Proud, And The Emotional', that Tyler used all the way back in the Blurryface song Fairly Local, and ever since has been a nickname of the tøp clique. The lore is SOO COOL!!!!!

At The Risk of Feeling Dumb is my favorite (though Routines In The Night and Midwest Indigo are also up there), though Paladin Straight and Snap Back are right up there. I think My Blood is the origin story of Clancy. I think the My Blood instrumental at the end draws attention to the boy not realizing his brother isn’t real. Just like Clancy doesn’t realize Josh isn’t real for the majority of the story. I can’t formulate every connecting piece to support this, but it IS a theory I’ve had since the video for My Blood came out.
It IS so much to remember and learn. I think that’s why Tyler says “I fly by the dangerous bend symbol.” 😂 Dangerous bend symbol is a warning that things are getting complicated in a text. 😂😂

The Torchbearer and Clancy was far away only having projection of each other since the end of Trench Era, and I think it's interesting that Scaled and Icy Era was during the Covid period when Tyler and Josh has to have some time away with the isolation, but having their projections via video services.
