Leo, I have watched many of your videos. Thank you for all of the videos and sharing such helpful information on how to grow and personally develop yourself. I have noticed for myself that I have been growing as a person and have totally changed my way of thinking. Keep up the great work!

Find something exciting to do and you will not have a time and mood to watch the TV anymore. After couple of weeks when you see TV again you immediately realize it's almost full of bullshit and time wasting. People watching TV everyday can't be aware of that, because of the brain wiring (washing).

I really liked this video, it embodies what I’m trying to do with my channel. I think nature and self-help information go well together.

All my life I have never been one to be attracted to the News. I always found that there was too much sensationalism, and exaggeration in order to get people's attention. They have to, that's how they get ratings.. I doubt that anyone would want to find out about the guy who helped a group of kids get their soccer ball back from the roof of the school. I didn't want to go about my day thinking about the murders, and violence that was the latest "headline". However, in the same breath, I truly feel that people love a well made story, and that good thoughts/learning can come from reading/watching a fiction, especially one that focuses on a character struggling to improve their situation. The movie "Star Wars", or "Rocky", or "The Karate Kid", or "The Pursuit of Happiness", or "Batman", or "The Hunger Games" comes to mind.. (not that I'm lumping all of these movies into the same level) In each movie we see the main character facing overwhelming odds and surpassing that moment... and the image of that courage imprints on our minds as something we can remember when our own life causes us trouble. We KNOW that it's fake, but for some reason we aspire to imitate the virtues that we see in our mind's heroes.

Yup, that's called the hero's journey.

So true, we as society believe that we need to watch cable. But the reality is that it's a not as useful in any way.

This is an excellent video and extremely relevant. It seems almost increasingly so. We live in the information age and it is exponentially increasing. Mainstream media is doubling down on trash and getting more clever at providing lowgrade stuff that makes you feel good but doesn't improve your mind. I think it would be great if you would do another followup video on this.

Hey guys/Leo, i'm 17 and have recently started to get my life on track, but i like to play video games with my freinds and watch youtubers play games too, do you think i should quit playing with my freinds and watching the people i have been for years?/where would you draw the line between entertainment and bad information?

Some video game playing is ok for reaction times and maybe creative problem solving. But most of it is a waste of time. I would keep it at a minimum. Set aside some time for entertainment and choose your sources but don't stack up your time on entertainment or you will become dependent on the instant gratification and your mind will turn to mush.

If you want to quit watching TV just stand in a room where other people are watching tv, and watch the people. Comatose is the best word to describe it. Then you know what you look like.

You get as much truth out of the News programs as you do watching the Jerry Springer show...
