Life hack for ya Mike: put the blender on the scale & then tare it to 0 every time you add something else. It looks like you're measuring stuff in reverse or using separate bowls
@Fenris no harm with that I just think it was funny not to put any with the Salmon because garlic is a must ingredient when you make Salmon or any fish in general
Mike, trust me - get an airfryer. It will cook the most perfect salmon in 9 minutes! They also do potato and veg etc in half the time of your oven. Best thing I've bought in the last 12 months!
Air frier literally feels like cheating, I take out the chicken breasts out of the package, season them on the air frier itself and they cook perfectly, pretty much zero cleaning needed except the grill thingy inside. I use it almost exclusively for chicken it does work amazing for salmon as well like the guy above mentioned, although I prefer making mine in the pan.

Mike: with the avocado, when it’s ready to your liking, put it in the fridge. It will last a couple of weeks at the same readiness when you put it in the fridge.

I normally add chia seeds to my protein shake before pulverizing in the blender to thicken but I will try that approach to make a pudding as well. Lots of health benefits to these food items beyond muscle growth. Thanks Mike!
Buy a Rice cooker. It makes life easier. And also if you want avocados to last put them in the fridge. They last twice as long. And if you only eat half leave the left over avocado with the huge seed/pit in the left over half. They last longer

Mike thurston have not done ressearch into oliv oil and any kind of vegetable oil, there is reason they have dark bottle for the oliv oil cause it is sensitive for lights might aswell just add any kind of fat when you ruin the healthy part of it

Save and do a nutritionist course. It helped me wonders! But maybe to save you the money and time: 1.6x bodyweight (kg) protein, then 1.5x amount of protein (grams) as carbohydrates, spaced in 6-7 small meals. E.g. i was 70. 1.6 x 70 = 112g of protein 1.5 x 112 = 170g of carbs. 20-30g of fats (10 almonds, peanut butter and what else you’re NOT allergic to). Then you increase in muscle weight and recalculate after a month using the same formula.
Question why don’t ppl wash the food off ? Especially salmon I’ve ate salmon that wasn’t properly washed off and almost got sick . You have wash the food off wit a teaspoon of of vinegar in the water

You should use rapeseed oil for cooking in, olive oil has a low smoke point. Its used for dressing not for cooking in 👍🏻
