This would be cruel and unusual punishment. And she'd basically just be handing discs to pros/serious enthusiasts. Who likely won't even need or want the disc on maybe she gives away discs to people who can guess the distance of their drive within 15 ft? So maybe a sign saying throw over 400ft, and win a disc, but you also ask them how far they think they will or did throw and if they are are within 15ft that's another way to win a disc? Sorry idk about you guys, but I only met one person who throws in this sort of distance range, reliably. And the last thing he needs is another random disc he won't use. Unfortunately you just drive like a high level male player ... Meaning you're just not going to find people to beat you. Remember swanky disc golf had a drive over 400ft series of videos ... And for one they went on league night, with a fairly down hill hole, and very few beat 400 still yet alone 500. So then they went to a disc golf manufacturer with a disc driving range on their property with a lot of their employees, and only then did about half of them throw 400' or better even there very few or maybe even none went over 500'

I watch a lot of disc golf videos on UA-cam. Sometimes my kids join me, but not a ton. My son has started to get into disc golf more which has been so great. My daughter has gone a few times but hasn’t expressed significant interest…. I wish you could see her face and eyes as she just watched some of your videos. She wants to go throw right now!
The Anubis is the OOP Coyote mould. The Sphinx is a hybrid of a Roadrunner bottom with a Valkyrie top. Both the Anubis and Sphinx are two of my favorite Infinite moulds.
i think a good way to shut the haters up would be to post someone on feild and mark where the disc actually landed (first contact, before the groundplay) like they do in distance comps, then measure. obv in terms of disc golf this is irrelevant coz its always about where your discs lays but to some, saying this was a 400ft throw, it need to be in the air for 400ft before ground play, which its obvious you can achieve. nice work

I bag the Maya (g-blend, I think) and the swirly s sphinx. The Maya is more beat in and I'm getting to a point where I better learn to hyzer flip it. Sphinx is still pretty fresh and not as flippy as my Maya (for now). Bummer about that Dynasty, it was gorgeous!

I’m just skeptical by the speed at which the disc left your hand, which leads me to believe that you’re not throwing 500 feet. Put a speedometer on your disc speed then I’d love to see the distance there.
Just stumbled upon this. Gotta say, was doubtful about the distance at first but after replaying some shots, I believe it. Your rotational explosiveness is awesome, don't really see that on the FPO side. I'm sure you could kill on the pro tour one day.. granted, distance isn't everything but being able to throw an accurate 400ft+ consistently would give you a big edge. As long as the putting is decent lol. Have you ever measured your arm speed btw? And what's your sports background?
