@@bsmithhammer A Buzzz is a good disc for smoothing out problems. A Roc doesn't do that, but it's also the reason the Roc does so much stuff that a Buzzz won't.
Buzzz is super straight with a soft fade. Roc is a 4 speed that flys like a fairway. Roc is reliable but not overstable. I can understand why people would like one but not the other. They shape very different. I think the roc is better for newer players that want hyzer upshots. Buzzz I think is great for people who can throw a mid over 300 feet and want one that goes super straight. I honestly don’t get the hype behind amateurs and the buzzz. Buzzz SS I think is better for most players distances and many people I talk to agree.
Luke legitimately looks upset by the other guys saying nice things about Innova. You can tell they’re rubbing it in every time they mention an innova mold🤣
Nah, just a new wave disc golfer who makes it pretty clear in his videos he doesn’t like innova. It’s all good, give it another 2 years and he’ll realize when he wants to replace something as far as availability, consistency and price is concerned no one in the game can touch innova
For me 5 Currently Clash Discs Steady Cookie but some kind of Tee bird mold really 4 Some sort of Firebird mold (Currently a Discraft Captain's Raptor and a Kastaplast Stål) 3 Axiom glow Hex (2023 Lizotte or Eclipse 2.0 preferably) 2 Innova Star Wraith or Lone Star Founders Plastic Nimitz (Flies like a seasoned Wraith) 1 K3 Reko (K3 plastic only. Nothing else is acceptable for me throwing or putting.) Reko is number 1 because for me it was seriously difficult to get a putter that worked for me but the Reko was the first one I felt truly confident in and still is. (Note, not exaggerating I tried about 60 different putters and gave each more than enough chances before the Reko.)
1. Westside Vip-ice glimmer Harp. I've got three aces with it and it is perfectly beat in 2. Innova Wraith, also perfectly beat in. Saves me many strokes when in rough 3. Westside Sampo, nice hyzerflip disc, been in my bag the longest time and also got my first ace with it 4. Discraft Buzzz, just the best midrange ever made ;) 5. DIscmania Enigma, my max distance forehand disc
1. Ricky 2x moonshine explorer. Favorite run of disc ever made. I have 4 and buy them up as soon as I see them on eBay haha. 2. 2023 Double G Tour Series Emperor. Absolute bomber. 3. Thoughtspace Aura Construct. Hyzer flips in the woods all day. 4. Thoughtspace Ethereal Praxis. Straightest putter I’ve ever thrown. 5. TI FLX Ledgestone Zone. On the softer side, but super stable and torque resistant. The perfect zone.
hunter did you throw any defenders? i had a lucid that was dope. and i bag destroyers. i noticed my game slumped since not having it, would sorta end up grabbing it as a goto as like it would fit the same slot tho. idk.
I only bag 1 disc out of all of the ones mentioned. The Md3, c line plastic. Great mid range. Plastic feels great and it shocked me how grippy. I dont see it overtaking my eclipse Hex or Lat64 Compass, but it does a very high glide line that I find hard to mimic with the other mids.
I agree with Konnor when he says he hates the buzzz. I used to throw a tourney stamped glow one, but it went into the water. Ever since I haven't found one I like. They don't feel good in my hand anymore. I throw hexes, truths, and origins for the most part
My discs would be RekoX, Resistor, Eagle, Firebird and Beast, but I'm really commenting to say that Luke ending the video early after Conner roasts the Buzzz had me out of control laughing for a solid two minutes.
Since noodles would be an upgrade to my arms I prefer the understable discs and primarily from Latitude. Got a river, saint, saint pro, spike putter and the best noodlearmdriverdiscintheworld the Bolt! No particular order. Windy days I stay home😂.
My top 5 would look like this. 5. Dynamic Discs Fluid Justice- What can I say. 5 speeds are my favorite discs. They feel more comfortable and release smoother for me. I’d much rather throw a justice than an over stable approach disc in the 4 speed category. It all comes down to feel. The Justice to me is unmatched in this slot. It’s perfect for spike hyperspace, big flex shots, and any headwind you can imagine. The only reason this is my 5 is because I have thrown the likes of Innova Gators, Caimans, MVP Deflectors, and other discs that fit the same mold as a Justice that are near identical in flight/utility. The Justice won’t be replaced because it isn’t broke, but my fluid Justice was a limited run and if I lose it, I can’t replace it easily. A gummy champion or a gummy Neutron could come out for the disc listed above and that would be all she wrote. 4. Axiom Envy- What’s not to like about an Envy. Torque resistant and they cycle nicely. Great for almost any line needed and it goes far without being squirrelly. Just made really well and it comes in such a variety of plastic types. 3. Innova Rollo- It is such a unique disc that doesn’t come out often for me, but when I need it, there is no other disc in the world that can fly (roll) like it. With a nonexistent forehand, I use the Rollo for touchy wooded shot shaping that need to finish opposite of my backhand. 2. Gateway NXT Ether- Like the most Donetsk run of Wraith, the Ether is perfect for anyone throwing between 380-480 feet. I’m throwing right around 415 consistently, but with the right throw in the right conditions, I have hit over 450 a few times with the Ether. It feels good, has been consistent between runs (as far as I have seen), and is perfect for max distance shots. 1. MVP Reactor- Just the epitome of comfortable for me. Super flat. Torque resistant. Easy to beat in with Fission plastic and more stable with Eclipse plastic. This is my flippy, straight, and stable midrange. I throw it any time I can. Between 200-340 feet. I’d rather power up on this than throw a fairway driver. I’d rather power down on this than throw a putter. It’s perfect.
5. Bear- in a few years they might move up I bag 3 in different stability 4. Air Sheriff - Until I can do 400 foot hyzers I’m going to keep them in the bag 3. Saint- Longer version of Number 2 2. Fuse- if I’m in the woods I’m throwing one at some point. 1. Megasoft Swan 2 and BT hard Swan 1 - Megasoft glide more than a swan 1 reborn. No seriously they do. But the swan 1 reborn is used a lot more. Soft one is for downhill shots.
I love throwing all discs, but I don't think any disc will "never leave my bag". My discs that are out of production that I depend on make me nervous and I often think about replacing them. So many molds are just copies of other molds at this point. I guess I'll be sad when my DGR P PDs wear out.
5) MVP Neutron Deflector 4)MVP Neutron Relay 3)Infinte N blend Tomb 2) Latitude 64 Opto Saint 1) Yikun Tiger Hammer Chui All the discs except the Deflector are shallow discs and good for smaller than average to average hands. Have not tried the MVP Resistor yet but since it is shallower than the Deflector it might end up replacing the Deflector.
I keep considering the Invader. I throw almost strictly Innova but for some reason don't use any Innova putters. If I ever lose me Envy I'll consider replacing it w an Invader.
Incredibly bummed nobody has the eagle on their list. I've been putting with the same warlock for over 18 years and would hang it up if it meant I couldn't bag an eagle.

Dude no way he actually ended it! That’s wild
Finally Konnor said what ive been thinking about the Buzzz. What a brave man. Im not brave enough to say those things, he was.
Always remember, the Buzzz is just a Roc with the good parts trimmed off the mold.
And yet I'll take a good Buzz over a Roc any day of the week.
@@bsmithhammer A Buzzz is a good disc for smoothing out problems. A Roc doesn't do that, but it's also the reason the Roc does so much stuff that a Buzzz won't.

4. Sexton Firebird - amazing feel and constant finish
3. Discraft Meteor - hyzerflip machine
2. Teebird & TL - perfect fairway driver combination
1. Wraith - always need to have one seasoned to perfection
