- Felt like redoing this game since I've decided to do more Sonic racing games before Team Sonic Racing releases. Only this time on PC instead of the Gamecube version as I've done originally in 2016. All of the coins and Chaos Emeralds will be collected in one shot this time around. Also, I wanted to do this in Hard mode, but it just seemed so impossible.

Yup, this person took a ton of tries to get that right. He always seems to put a lot of hours trying to perfect his gameplay as much as possible just to see appreciative comments like yours.

Never was a fan of the SS hardware itself but I really wish Sonic Team took the helms and developed a full fledged Sonic game instead of giving it to a fairly inexperienced bunch of devs. I mean this game along with the special stages in Sonic 3D showed they had a really competent 3D engine to boot so why they didn't use it as a jumping point from there boggles the mind to this day. :(
Yeah they were attempting to but cancelled it due to overall how dated and bad the game was. Also cos of the Saturn’s commercial failure
Crap! Not only beat me to it but, also mastered the whole thing more than I could dream of. It's emulated, you have 3rd person camera angle control, it's rendered in 4K, and most of all it's 16:9, even some speed running tricks in there. Absolutely everyonw should stop uploading longplays of this cause you did it. NeoTechnoman huh, I feel like you'll be doing this for plenty of games I would otherwise have tried to upload myself.
Actually it’s the actual PC version. Also, this is actually a 2-part playthrough. This video is the second part. The first part is where I got all of the coins and emeralds. The reason I redid this playthrough is because the quality of my GameCube (Sonic Gems Collection) one I did in 2016 wasn’t too good. Also, I just try to shatter through my limits when I play games on my channel, so that viewers can enjoy my content more. And there’s probably plenty of other more cooler and popular UA-camrs who’ve done the same. 😅

I was always interested to play this game, Thanks for doing a 4k Playthougth of this Game Neo, Also: Did Sonic The Figthers got a PC version? Because if it didn't the only way to play it on PC is with dolphin or pcsx2 rigth?
Nope. But it _is_ possible to play it in Sonic Gems Collection on Dolphin or the PSN version on RPCS3 (the latter is the more updated version since the PS3 has a couple characters that weren’t in the original game).

What tool/mod did you use to make the 4:3 aspect ratio of the character & stage select menu have that *wavy* effect on its borders?
I simply changed the resolution to native 4K in the Mod Manager. And I unchecked "Force 4:3 aspect ratio".
I think I could get into Sonic R on the PC. The saturn one makes me scratch my head.

I actually remember playing this game and I remember not enjoying it all that much. I wasn't a big sonic fan so I didn't really get into it.
I better of playing the gamecube version it had good control

When you collect a certain amount of rings, that indicates you can use a small turbo boost.
