If y'all want a BIG adventure, something that'll take a bit more than a C-172 (though surprisingly not MUCH more, if you're willing to take the far north route)? Across the big pond is definitely a thing. Funny enough, the thing that got me firmly attached to flying was another journalist and his lady friend crossing the pond, back in 1975... Peter Garrison and Nancy in Melmoth, "The Compass and the Clock" (December '75 _Flying_)... I hope your story sticks with the next generation as that one did with me.
I don't think I have ever seen a woman look at a man with as much love in her eyes as she does when she looks at you. You are one lucky dude. Congrats. May your life ahead be filled with joy and the happiness that comes only from family.
That 'look' of Chelsea's is what I noticed most a year ago. Those who become our spouses DO have the look for each of us early.... It's not just Chels. The trick is to 'keep that look' alive for decades as you hit the rough spots. It's these early years that set the tone for the long haul. I think they might have what it takes. I'm at 41 years (to the same awesome lady). She still 'occasionally' looks at me that way.. when I'm not ticking her off.. lol...

When I met my wife I was learning to fly (I did get Single engine land PPL with tail wheel), she flew gliders, but we met through a car club for 1960s & 70s Triumphs. We decided to settle and have children and had to give up the flying. I was struggling to remain current let alone proficient. 30 years later we have 2 grown boys in their 20s so no regrets. My work over the years has seen me involved in aviation. All the best to you both.
I took that chance and flew to the Philippines to meet a woman with a baby that I had hit it off with online. We will be married 11 years in December! I waited a large part of my life to find her. We are so glad to have taken the chance! I love you two!

Absolutely agree. Over 1,000,000 Americans have died so far of COVID. This was really disappointing. I’ve been a fan of this YT channel for over a decade. This was a bummer.

I owned a 1966 Cessna 150 for many years, I just loved that little airplane. I am 80 years old now and don’t do much flying anymore.
Josh, you are one hell of a storyteller. I have followed your journey for many years, enjoyed seeing you grow as a person, became inspired by your adventures and you are one of the biggest reasons my own flying adventures are as fulfilling as they are.
Nobody truly knows what goes on off-camera, but I'm honoured to have been a spectating part of the adventures you and Chelsea have shared with all of us. I've been betting on you two for a while, and when I saw the title of this video I was really hoping this was the one.

Congratulations! What a sweet story. When I met my wife I was learning to fly (I did get Single engine land PPL with tail wheel), she flew gliders, but we met through a car club for 1960s & 70s Triumphs. We decided to settle and have children and had to give up the flying. I was struggling to remain current let alone proficient. 30 years later we have 2 grown boys in their 20s so no regrets. My work over the years has seen me involved in aviation.

I took that chance and flew to the Philippines to meet a woman with a baby that I had hit it off with online. We will be married 11 years in December! I waited a large part of my life to find her. We are so glad to have taken the chance! I love you two!
