Aside from the FPS mods, i am a bit reluctant to use mods for the game. First i want to play through the vanilla version, crazy shop and unlimited stamina outside of battle would change it too much for me probably. To be perfectly honest though, i just hate weight mechanics haha

There’s already a really good difficulty rebalance mod on nexus it has very few bugs but is gets updated very often and it also lets you customize the difficulty yourself it’s called custom difficulty tweaks
Tbh can't recall a good rebalance mod for a game that wasn't been out for decade already for the mod author to properly do this huge work. Therefore, I'd prefer something that I used in DDDA - less XP mod, for slower leveling

@@joereilly8890 Because having 3 skills per weapon trivializes the game, Warfarer already trivializes the game so as long as you're not queued into over-powered combinations limiting the skills limits the class more than just the slight reduction in stats does so you don't have a walking any class with no real repercussions. Basically it's 100% broken to have more skills than the 3 limited and you have to make choices based on core skill selections or limited combos which still allows the one shot combo of Augural Flare + Magick Archer/Archer/Thief. Not much point in having any other classes other than Warfarer if there were no draw back and there already isn't much point to have any other classes with Warfarer with the drawbacks.

I have very few requests for DD2. The only thing I hope they add to is how many abilities you can use. It feels really bad to only get 4. Especially if you're playing as a warfarer, to only get 3 abilities (I say 3 because you have to give up one for the rearming power) really restricts the combinations you can come up with.
great fix for warfarer would be that if you use the skill you switch to the wep , giving you one more skill slot and then the meister skill would just be a core skill
Which mods kick your pawn out of the rift like DD1? I think for that one it was only certain mods but i dint remember which ones. Was it ones that altered your stats? Was that all?
Obviously like in DD1 - ones that will change the pawn in any significant way, like allowing them to wear any armor even for Arisen's vocations, allowing them to use those arisen-only vocations (not released yet), altering their stats, etc. If a mod doesn't mess with them like this, its safe to use

Can someone explain to me why you would ever need more than one camping kit? I've camped an unconscionable amount of times using the same kit over and over and over again.
When you camp in more dangerous area you may get ambushed and there is a chance your camp kit get destroyed. It is not something that happen often in normal gameplat but if you camp outside the monster den to farm their material or pawn badge it will be a thing. I just finished farming gore minotaur and chimera badge by literally spamming camp outside. Even with the grasslander those still get destroyed. So I brought 3 camp kit with me and the trickster lower ambush chance.

Pretty nice list except for the crazy shop one which is basically cheating. And before people come to say "it's a single player game, who cares" I care because I like the pawn system. People modding the game will unbalance that core mechanic of the game for other players besides them and that sucks.
This game makes me sad. The framerate on PC is horrendous and i have a beefy rig. No matter what settings i play on I cant get a consistent 60 frames. Feels bad. Loved dogma 1
I preffer qol mods over cheatind mods. Just don't rush into a fight without stamina. Should be easy since this game is actually dog water and the exact same enemies spawn in the exact same place. Oh look you added a shop to buy stuff not like you don't already get the best loot by purchasing it instead of exploring or beating a hard boss. Trivialize exploring even more. Not that exploring is rewarding anyways since you don't find any uniques you can't just buy anyways. Not like you'll explore and find new enemies since there's onlyclike 7 enemy skeleton frames. I'm glad i got it on PS5, mods always ruin games for me. Theyre cool and flashy for a little bit but it always ends up ruining the game unless its only cosmetic. On PS5, the temptation just isnt there, i can just play the game. 70 hours in, just getting started.

Don't do a stamina, walk slowly and appreciate the surrounding and pawns If they don't speak good things, it means you have 0 affinity with them You have to high 5 them and talk to them time to time

I wouldn't say no reason. Lot of people experience a lot of crashes with the DLSS mod for example. That's why it's not enabled officially yet.

Safe to use, also it's a singleplayer game so players are not likely to get banned.
The absolute best mod for me was Skill Swap, which allows you to have eight skills equipped at any time.
Technically you can have it register as many skill sets as you want. So Warfarers can essentially do it all.
That yamato mod tho :), hope they make more sword like weapon mods for spearhand

The main question is, since the game has online elements, is it possible to get banned for modding? Is it dangerous to use mods now or can it be used without fear of bans, etc.?
Just dont do anything that alters your pawns stats as far as I’m aware.
Don't do a stamina, walk slowly and appreciate the surrounding and pawns
If they don't speak good things, it means you have 0 affinity with them
You have to high 5 them and talk to them time to time
People complain about mtx,yet say crazy store is “cheating”. You really can’t please people. It’s a single player game,I see nothing wrong with it.
If you haven’t checked the nexus recently (as in over the past few days), some really good ones are starting to come out. Makes me really hopeful for the future of this game.
