This has helped me immensely. One question I had for ya Bry guy is what is the small line under the lower line called? It goes from the expansion valve to the high side spot. I dont know what its called or if I can even order it. Hyundai got me for 88 bucks for a 7 inch piece of aluminum that goes from the dryer to the highside because no one else could get it
Out of pure curiosity, does this particular valve allow air to pass through it even when the sensing bulb is cold? The same valve is featured on later model years of the Sonata, which have variable displacement compressors (the one on this car is fixed displacement and has a cycling clutch), and these ones definitely need a valve that never closes completely, or they will seize due to insufficient lubrication...
