Taking one of them apart isn't that hard, I'd say someone didn't know what they were doing when assembling it back together. Assembling it back together takes time, patience and persuasion. Make sure to have good oil for your firearm, I used Remington gun oil with spray top. I to have a model 12, and mine don't hiccup like that. So I think something isn't put together inside right. Plus the round supposed to catch the top of the loading gate, there's no catch like a old m97 or mossberg. It's tricky to load, just a quirky shotgun.
Probably not broken, i have 2 model 12s. You gotta get your thumb out of the way of the elevator. The rounds in the mag tube are held in by the front of the bolt. Not like 870s or mossbergs.
Funny thing, lead in that form isn’t actually harmful to the best of my understanding. It’s like the asbestos mines we have here, the asbestos has to be processed in order to be harmful

@@warrenparker6287Not true at all actually. Organic lead in any form is still toxic, and the kind used in ammunition is most definitely processed.
