    My name is Madhuri .I was recently delivered baby boy..so I would like to start weight loss of my pre n post natal pregnancy so which asans is better for me .. and I had cesarean delivery and completed 4 n half months. And I am just walking 20 mints in morning n evng ...plzz rply me which asanas is better for me ...

      Start doin Surya namaskar and core strengthening exercises
      For weight loss
      Do cardio exercises running swimming zumba aerobics
      Most important thing healthy diet
      All the best

      I had normal delivery and 3 months completed and just started walking for 45 mins

      Follow my surya namaskar video..in a two weeks time will be uploading power yoga Surya Namaskar..So can do both.surya namsakar will help you in flexibility,strenght it will work on the whole body..
      For weight loss add cardio exercise running n swimming...
