25 tips!! That’s so many! Really appreciate every last one of them. It’s hard to know where to start as a beginner. Especially when you’re jumping from a cell phone to a full manual camera. I get so many people that cant believe what we do as photographers with a camera. It really is more than just the equipment. On my youtube channel i concentrate on high school senior portraits.
I just got my camera and am learning to use it. Your videos are so great! But ironically my favorite tip was the iPhone tip! I never knew you could adjust the brightness by running your finger up & down the screen! Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
I’m new to photography and you are the best instructor I’ve found. I purchased my Canon Rebel T7i in August, since then my brother and sister have both gotten their new Nikon cameras after I told them about mine and how much I was enjoying playing around with it. We’ve all been following your tips and tutorials. We each one of us are in our 70s and live across the USA and this new hobby keeps us engaged in something outside of the COVID-19 epidemic during the past couple of months. Thanks for your wonderful videos.
Hey Paul, Just discovered your videos a couple of weeks ago. So glad I did. Loved all.the tips! I think my favorite for the light exposure is using the plus minus button and the dial to change f stops and bonus tip to take 3 photos. Never knew this. Thanks!

I liked your tip about shooting fireworks and will try it in a few days. You, sir, are unique: of all the people posting photography videos, you're the only one I've found who targets them for the beginner. You have no idea how much your clear instructions are appreciated.
My favorite tips were for sunrise/sunset and lightning strikes. We get a lot of thunderstorms here in VA in the summertime so I will be practicing this for sure :) Thanks, Paul!

this Canon Channel is so amazing, i learn shooting by reading the book manual that carried by itself when i purchased the camera but that is not enough until i saw your channel i was so amazed how you shared all the basic tips & know how & i keep on listening to your lecture study over & over until i came up to the right approach & i am so happy from the results i shoot, so clear, color wise & so beautiful,.. thank you so much my teacher.

I have so many favorites, but I do like the shutter speed for blurring moving images. I just bought my first DSLR camera and have to say, I find your video tutorials the best on UA-cam. I bought a used Canon T6i and having so much fun with it. My next purchase is lens hoods. When I get better then maybe I'll buy a mirrorless camera in the future. I got a card reader on the advice of my boss (he has done pro photography part time), and it saves wear and tear on the camera's jack. Good advice!
