But seriously what do Lagos developers have against floor to ceiling windows. Why not allow natural lighting that engulfing the house with layers and layer or curtains and artificial lighting. Natural lighting has a way of making the apartment to not only pop up but also make the space look bigger and brighter
Thank God nigerian developers are waking up to apartments instead of all these houses and bungalow s that's taking up all the land.For the price of two houses they can go higher and build 10 storey apartments,which is a far better return on investment...Nice house and reasonable prices too.Thank you.

Why don’t they ever build island in the kitchens? Why can’t they have a centralised water heater instead of having one in every bathroom? Why does the kitchen in the 1 bedroom apartment look like a cupboard stuck in a corner? The foyer looks so unwelcoming. There should be plants and pictures and special lightening to brighten up the place. Such a disappointing project overall. The builders could have done a lot better and I don’t feel the prices are worth it IMO.
Beautiful exterior but not a functional apt. the rooms aren't just functional, bathrooms are left to be desired a house need to be functional espcially the bathroom n the kitchen

Looks good, but nearby traffic and roads need improvement. Roads are too small and prone to traffic jams.

How I wish I could buy a flat like this for investment purposes. Nigeria remains a risky country to invest you might not get your money back

It's a one bed room apartment, at most 2 people will live there. if you have lever lived alone, you will know that the kitchen is good enough.
