- Hello and welcome to my Dragon Age The Veilguard Character Creator video! In my original first look, we didn't go too much into depth to avoid spoilers. But if you are here, I assume you want to see what the character creator looks like! Apologies that I didn't go too in depth, mainly because we only had a small amount of time to play. What was the first Dragon Age game you played? Who is your favorite Dragon Age character?
Loghain, I have other favorites too but Loghain is top! Origins was my first DA.
First played DA2. Hawke, Fenris and Varric are still vying for top spot in my list of favorites.

This is incredible. I saw some dreds but I was hoping for some braids too.
Yessss! I wish I was able to go through ALL of the hairstyle but I only had so much time to play. Also I knew I wouldn't be able to play again till full release so I didn't want to get too attached to the character ha

Both the character creator and actual gameplay looks good. It’s a bit similar to both Baldur's Gate 3 and Dragon's Dogma 2, but it does have some unique features on it's own in terms of hairstyle, factions, costume design and tattoos. As for the gameplay, the combat is a bit similar to God of War Ragnarok and the exploration is almost like Tales of Arise.

It'd be really good to see (and hear) the voice options for Rook, particularly now we have the pitch shifter option too.

@@Kaesemesser0815 I would wait to play the full game before judging. I was making a character for myself and there’s tons of options. I just didn’t pick everything because I didn’t have a lot of time
Rook is a lousy name for a world saviour.
Please look up what the name "Rook" represents. I will do it for you.
"In chess, rooks are considered a major piece and symbolize strength and stability. They move horizontally and vertically, and are a key part of defensive and offensive strategies. The rook is often depicted as a castle or tower in modern chess sets, but in earlier versions of the game it was represented by a chariot. The word "rook" comes from the Persian word rukh, which means "chariot"."

Not everyone plays chess.So yes they should've chosen better name.Also voicing main potagonist is a mistake.Look like larian did.
