lol you shouldn’t have 2 dynasties overlap each other that kinda goes against the meaning of a dynasty. Yeah the 80s lakers and Celtics were undeniably the teams of the 80s and had very few competition but i don’t think you can consider both dynasties if they basically split the decade in championships
The East on those days had competition. The West didn't. Only Houston beat the Lakers in the playoffs in the 80's. Beat them twice. The East had the Sixers who went to the finals 3 out 4 years. The Celtics who went to the finals 5 straight years. The Pistons who went to the finals 3 straight years. Not to mention the Bucks who swept the Celtics in the 1983 playoffs. The Bucks beat the Sixers in back2back years. The Bucks won the Central division over the Pistons. Also the Hawks who were the paper champions in that period. What competition did the Bulls have in the 90's??

Joey Chestnut: “Hold my bun”
3:49 bruh it's the Philadelphia warriors/golden state warriors
No, Wilt first played with the Warriors but then won a title with the 76ers
Merlin Lipin no
Merlin Lipin fam warriors were first in philly before they moved to Oakland and then San Francisco
Phila Warriors
Its sixers idiots
You rock!
Gsw dynasty isn't over yet..
Watching this in June 2022 and the Warriors are on the cusp to winning another Championship
Would take the Spurs 20 year dynasty over them all, or Russel's Celtics.
russell*
Putting Liverpool in the intro like we wouldn't notice xDDD
bull r the best, 6 for 6. early celtic is too old and rules r completely different with such small amount of team.
I thought you were going to skip the Bad Boys dynasty!
Lebron: not 4,5,6
Me: 0??
Clown.
He was talking about his finals losses
0:06 since when is Michael Jordan Damian Lillard
The GSW dynasty isn't over lol
Yes it is
this video was uploaded 2 years ago bum
mikan was the first superstar in nba history
Joe Fulks:Am i a joke to you?
If durant was on the warriors still golden state would win and if they didn’t get injured warriors would have won
yeah yeah yeah IFFFFFFFFF....GSW can't even 3peat lmao what a joke of a dynasty
@@randyquench8731 true now that I think of it all that money spent and lose
yea and if micheal jordan and shaq came back to the league in their prime out of retirement + bionically engineered kareem abdul jabaar so hes 9'11 and his skyhooks truly cant be blocked and then revived kobe from the dead and travel him back in time to the 2011 finals, lebron wouldve won the finals
@@randyquench8731 Spurs didn't even win back to back titles...
Yeah ok bruh
Don’t even need to watch, 60s Celtics reign supreme
spurs
No one respects that 8 to 12 team league. Compare it to teams that won championships in a 30 team nba league, that's a child's play.
7:48 that hairline though
To be one of the greatest I guess you need to become bald 👨🦲
@@yeeskee588 no you just need a hairline that goes backwards every year
Man the dubs are rebuilding their dynasty today
Missing the 2008-2010 Kobe-Gasol led Lakers
Not really a dynasty they were just a good team who were led by the most determined and most skilled player in Basketball history. Remember injuries did tear that team apart. Had Bynum fully develop and they had last a bit longer they likely could've had the longevity to be a dynasty. I will always think that team was just a team with great chemistry and Kobe and Gasol. Comparing that to say Magic, Kareem, Worthy, and Byron Scott or Magic, Kareem, Jamal Wilkes, and Norm Nixon and it gets a bit harder to argue for them. Still, I do love my Lakers.
@@ultibolt3286 He sould have included the whole 2000's Lakers altogether but he only mentioned the wins with Shaq but mentioned the.Spurs as a whole when the Lakers won the same amount in less time.
@@hennylo68 My exact thoughts
@@hennylo68 and Lakers are still the only team to three peat 2000 2001 2002
Do the greatest dynasties of the nfl
Swept in the finals by Detroit??? What!?
Anyone who sees this and takes a few seconds of your time to reply is greatly appreciated.. these are my top two all-time starting 5s....who wins in a 7 game series...(that's with every player in their primes):
Team #1:
PG: Magic Johnson
SG: Michael Jordan
SF: Larry Bird
PF: Tim Duncan
C: Shaq
Team #2:
PG: Jason Kidd
SG: Kobe Bryant
SF: Lebron James
PF: Charles Barkley
C: Hakeem Olajuwan
I chose Jason Kidd for team two because in his prime he was the best defending point guard, the best passing point guard, and the best rebounding point guard.. he's the all-time leader in triple doubles for point guards.. and you have the best chance of guarding a larger magic Johnson... Let me know what y'all think...
Team #1 is the better of your two teams. They would win a seven game series. Here's mine, same question, who wins a seven game series
Team #1
Bill Russell, Tim Duncan, Julius Erving, Magic Johnson, Isaiah Thomas
Team #2
Jabbar, Lebron James, Larry Bird, Oscar Robertson, Michael Jordan
@@davidjanes3511 team two wins in a landslide.. your first team has two point guards and two big men with only one wing in Dr j..
Team 2 has legitimate players at each position.. therefore is a more balanced team.. with Oscar Robertson
Playing at point guard. And Michael Jordan and jabbar are the two greatest scorers in NBA history..they Will chew up team number one all day long by themselves
Spurs should have been to 20yrs on top
Who here after the 4th championship of the gsw
1042th view yay 😀 im feeling special
1:40 I had a an old cd with a Chicago Bulls game forgot who they were playing against but Scottie Pippen,Michael Jordan, and Dennis Rodman were unstoppable on that game
ye u gotta update this video lol
Steve Kerr said that the warriors 73 and 9 team would have lost to the 72 and 10 bulls
And Steve was correct. In fact that Bulls team would've swept Curry and his soft as baby shit GenZ cohorts right into the dustbin of history.
Well they certainly lost to Cleveland🤣🤣🤣🤣
Gotta change golden state to 2022 now lol they got another ring gotta love to hate them warriors and their dominance
The 60s Celtics and the 90s Bulls are the 2 best dynasties in NBA history.
🔥🔥
Damn Steve Kerr was part of 2 dynasties
The 08-11 Lakers should be here.
They won back to back championships and 3 straight finals appearance.
you forgot the Havlicek lead Celtics dynasty from the 70s
Why are pistons and heat included, when the kobe-pau era is not?
Talk to him 🤫🤔
And why did he include all of the Spurs win and not the etire 2000's Lakers. They won 5 overall and made it to 7 in a shorter time span but all he mentioned were the ones won with Shaq.
Pistons are so underrated, 5 conference finals in a row and 3 nba finals in a row with 2 championships to show for it, not to bad
They were a mini dynasty.
The spurs were a lowkey dynasty.
Warriors isn't over yet
Lol
Correction: Lakers weren't sweep in the 2004 Nba Finals
You missed the 2008-11 La Lakers
I don’t think reaching 3 finals and winning 2 of them is one of the greatest dynasties ever
@@JohannesBergen1265 HUh
3 finals appearances isn't a dynasty
Julian Duin then why is the Miami Heat on here??
Itachi-kun that isn’t really a dynasty or should I say great one
I didn’t expect Miami on this list, two consecutive Champs weren’t legitimate
warriors dynasty not over . they jus had to regroup and let their players recover
It's not a dynasty if they have to regroup.
That’s not a dynasty then bruh
@@ehi_ij By that standard, the NBA has only had ONE dynasty - those 8 years in a row the Celtics won every championship during the Bill Russell era.
@@bricefleckenstein9666 are you agreeing or disagreeing with me because I was agreeing with you?
@@ehi_ij More disagree, actually.
Even the Russell era Celtics lost 2 during the Russell era - his second year, and the one the Wilt-led 76ers won - sandwiching that 8 year straight run.
The 60s Celtics have no rivals when it comes to dominance. 🐐
Warriors ain’t done
They're done...
Miami Heat dinasty is my favorite
Bruh u forgot the golden state warriors
Bill Russel's Celtics only had to beat 1 team in the eastern conference just to make it to the finals
There should be a “lebron james dynasty” tbh. As of the last decade, when the man is healthy, you literally have a 100% chance of making the finals and a 44% chance of winning it.
Bringing allstars to every team you go to is not cool...i like lebron hes the best of this watered down era....He can never be the GOAT....win 7 or 8 rings then theres a arguement...not saying rings should matter but it does ....theres GREAT players who never won rings...i dont think LB is?better than KOBE so how did he jump pass the Mamba....He can have the scoring title...thats basically a longevity statistic...any scorer in the league who plays 20 plus years can break it...To be honest if KD plays 20 years hes gonna be the all time scorer and i doubt without anymore rings... Anyway MJ is the GOAT....
I almost thought you were going to leave the Bad Boys Pistons off the list.
define what a dynasty is
Winning multiple championships, not necessarily in a row, over a course of 4 or more years with the same basic core of players/coach.
1. Celtics 1957-1969 11 Rings 💍 12 Finals Appearances 2. Bulls 1991-1998 6 Rings 💍 6 Finals Appearances 3. Lakers 1980-1991 5 Rings 💍 9 Finals Appearances 4. Spurs 1999-2014 5 Rings 💍 6 Finals Appearances 5. Warriors 2015-Current 4 Rings 5 Finals Appearances HM Celtics 1981-1987 3 Rings 💍 5 Finals Appearances Lakers 2000- 2004 3 Rings 💍 4 Finals Appearances Lebron 2011-2020 3 Rings 💍 9 Finals Appearances Lakers 1949-1954 5 Rings 💍 5 Finals Appearances
lol you shouldn’t have 2 dynasties overlap each other that kinda goes against the meaning of a dynasty.
The warriors are still a dynasty? Their dynasty started from 2014-Current
the bulls did a 3-peat twice with bill cartwrong and luke longley at center. proof the nba sucked in the 90's
Bruh that’s a horrible take 😂 it’s like saying point guards weren’t elite during the 2010’s because the heat won back to back championships with Mario Chalmers at PG
@@giovannygarica275 yeah, but the nba did suck in the 90's
WARRIORS ARE BACK BABY
More impressive about mj and the bulls dynasty is they never went to game 7 finals. It’s like that’s enough for today and they closed it up
detroit didnt swept lakers in 04
This is for everyone that said it’s over?
U were wrong ha Steph has 4 rings he won ur wrong the dynasty isn’t over til Steph retires
Missing the 2005-2011 Boston Celtics with the GOAT Brian Scalabrine
Didn't they only win 1 title?
Absolutely not.
Scal dropped 200 PTS for that stretch for every game that he played including 10 games where he scored 1000+ points on Alex Caruso and scored 100 PTS in 1 minute and 50 in 32 seconds and they also won 6 straight just because everyone forfeited. It’s just a joke btw
They only won 1 title. Lack of coaching and injuries and age caught up with them
DEZAVALLA GOODWILL TEAM(from 2005-2009 winning all 5 3A state championships🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆)
If you tell Bad Boys was Dynasty, why would you didn't think Kobe-Gasol Lakers wasn't dynasty ? Their record was same. Pistons had 3 finals appearence. Lakers too.
