You mentioned in the vid that you cut the HVAC tape for the stabs I believe 1"x 3/4"x14" tapered Do you remember what the cut was for the leading edge of the wing and how long?

What paint you used on the wings?
Krylon matte glacier grey
I got a question, I painted my Al 37 man came out great will the clear spray do any damage i want it to be shinny once i am done.
I used the minwax WATERBASED Gloss. Several light coats work great. Practice on some old foam pieces to get it down.

Can you pls provide some detail for the custom screws used to make it easier to hand screw the wing bolts?
Thanks. 3mm Allen head bolts the needed length from RTL fasteners. If u order from the use code jpc30 to save 30% on any order over 50. I get nylon spacers from lowers and cap covers that I press on with a vise from McMaster Carr
