Thanks for the outside shots! Those interior shots it was reflecting the strand board on the shop ceilings and it looked like a dark chocolate. This thing is going to be killer once you cut and buff out that orange peal! Kudos on a job well done!
yea the camera is definitely bringing out more of the brown and bronze look more so than in person. In person and in natural light its more of a lighter metallic black with a bronze reflection in the sun. not near as much as the camera is making it out to be though. Thanks for watching!
Yep I thought the same thing at first. Outside and in the sun (these were shot in overcast conditions) the camera highlights the effect more than in person but it definitely has a bronze/brown tint to it though.
Paint looks really great! I'd like to understand the basics of electronics. Things like, when do you need resistors and these other additions aside from just running a ground and live wire? really just a rundown of how to restore wiring would be great. Or if you decide to use regular fuses rather than the original glass fuses?
@@hcr-motorworks Great minds think alike. Your about 12,197 steps in front of me on my 73' 240, so in your position thats where I would be heading next.
Turned out great! Good to see a fellow Datsun UA-camr saving one of these cars
Saving as many as I can!

Do mine next?? Really turned out nice!
