    Hi, I am A 45 year old man and I love your chair workouts. I had a stroke in December and I'm still in a care facility. I use your workouts in addition to physical therapy. My recovery has benefitted immensely, its like I found a cheat code. I cannot thank you enough or state how important this has been for me.

    I personally watch prerecorded videos. I'm not yet a member. I do love your chair workout. I am a 50 year old overweight female. Both knees are bone on bone, very painful for me. I also have major problems with my feet. Both left and right feet have been broken twice. I have lost 48 pounds, so your seated exercises have helped me tremendously! I can't do a lot of the standing exercises. You, sir, have been God sent to help people like me!

      Excellent video and explanation. I just watched a video of yours for the first time and then watched this one.
      I was impressed with the first one I watched and when I saw this in the "Q", I was curious and watched it.
      Very understandable as to what you're looking for. You need more FEEDBACK from viewers and members so you can sustain and grow your brand, and keep the interest of your members.
      I give you a LOT of credit for this video and coming forward with your concerns.
      For what it's worth, here's my 2cents.
      DON'T give up on the chair workouts! You just need to JAZZ them UP!
      Make them more energetic and entertaining without cheapening it.
      Try different chairs. Try different locations.
      Try upbeat music.
      Add a dog to your videos, everyone loves a pet!
      Make the chair workouts a PARTY!
      Take the chair workouts out of the gym and put them into real life settings and situations.
      Example. Someone sitting in a waiting room at a doctor's appointment could be doing some exercises and no one else would know.
      Someone waiting for an oil change at a tune up place could be doing a workout.
      Maybe someone at a restaurant waiting for a table or their meal could be doing a workout.
      Maybe do a "man on the street" sort of a video. Put up a sign with a chair and ask strangers to try a simple routine and get their reaction. Offer them a hat or Tshirt for participating.
      Maybe ride a bus or train and show different workouts you can do while commuting to and from work!
      How about doing a simple routine for the chair and then showing how that routine is used in everyday life.
      All the movements we do all day long are actually just small little exercises. Sitting down, standing up for a chair or seat. Reaching for something for a seated position. I could think of hundreds of different situations where you could do a chair workout. The fun part would be acting them out. Even though the workout would be the same, just show people from different walks of life doing them so your audience can relate to them.
      Everything you're doing is great. Let's just get creative with it and have fun with it.

    I am a chair workout person, it works for people such as myself that has knee issues, and your chair workouts works for me.There is less stress on my body. thank you for your wonderful workouts.

    I am a 62 year old, white woman who hates working out. I like being outside and doing physical things working out is not my go to. Your workouts are the only ones I can tolerate. I love your enthusiasm and your encouragement! In 2017, I had botched the replacement. January 20 20 I had to have it completely redone. Everything that could’ve gone wrong with the first one was. It’s left me with significant lymphedema in my lower, right leg. My left knee is bone on bone and I told him I should have replacement there too. Not! Going! To! Happen! I had replacement to regain my outdoor activity level, but it’s done the complete opposite. I want to stay strong and has it as I possibly can so your chair workouts are the only hope I have. In my mind on the young 62. In my knees, and ancient. Thank you for all you do! I truly appreciate it!

    I have SLE , I’m a sever heart patient and I’m limited in my ability! My doctor cleared me to try chair exercising! Then I found your chair workouts here on UA-cam and i was amazed I was able to do it! Your chair workouts could be a game changer for my health!

    I just started working out with you through a referral from my dietician. I am currently in a wheel chair because my body can’t tolerate carrying my weight for more than a few feet.

    My friend I lost my beloved husband in November. I broke my right wrist and left ankle and spent a month in the Hospital & rehab. Ashford Fitness Society is on pause. Unsure of my future. We have the strength to continue to better ourselves and community. I miss your work outs. G-d bless ❤ps. Love the chair workouts & kick boxing from the chair , standing abs & balance rock.

    I was a member. Money is tight.
    I'm disabled and I enjoy your chair workouts. But my goal is to get out of the chair.
    I cannot do standing workouts unassisted.
    I like your workouts, because they're not too easy, and I can get a real workout. Love that I can burn real calories. Just like everyone else.
    There's a big gap in fitness workout videos right now. That is a video for people who just coming out of physical therapy and may not be able to stand and then those who are fitness ready!
    I appreciate you helping me with the chair version.
    Maybe try a standing version together with the chair version on one video.

    I'm so happy I found your videos a little over a month ago. I was looking for chair exercises, as I have severe arthritis in my feet, and I'm trying to get stronger before a foot surgery in July. Thanks to you, I have been consistent in my exercise for over a month. Normally my goal is to lose weight, but because of the pending surgery, my goal is to get stronger. Thanks to you, I'm feeling stronger🙂. I think you should mix up your videos to meet the needs of both chair and non-chair audiences, but I love what you do! I'm not young, but I'm not old (53). With your videos, I'm preparing for my upcoming surgery and getting stronger.

    I love the chair workout mixed with out of chair workouts. This is extremely helpful for those of us that might have limitations either temporarily or permanently.     I have been working out with your fitness workouts off and on for a few years. I hurt my foot and was in a boot is the reason I first subscribed. I love the chair workouts and now that I’m feeling better I just did the 20 min stretch. I appreciate you very much and all that you have accomplished. Keep pressing through no matter what.     Hey Donovan. I watched this, and I get the burn out and need for a reset. I often read Jeremiah 29: 5-14 during those times. It helps me a lot and reminds ne to be right where I am. Anyhow. I have nerve damage/ small fiber neuropathy in both my feet. I'm 47 and suddenly handicapped in the last 2 years. I've struggled on my own to figure out what exercises I could do without being on my feet too long. I want to be functional and strong for myself and my family despite this disability. Your channel is an answer to prayer. It's revitalized me and made me realize there's still so many options. Thank you. Keep up the good work. Praying for you. Thank you again.

    Hi Donovan ! I’m an avid runner and discovered your chair workouts when I was sidelined with a hip injury a couple of years ago. Your chair workouts enabled me to maintain my cardio fitness in a non weight bearing position.
    After my injury healed , I went back to running only. In the past month, I came back to your chair workouts because I remembered how good they made me feel and they are a great compliment to my running as your workouts work and strengthen the whole body. My doctor recommended resistance band work to strengthen my hip.
    I have been doing your pre recorded chair workouts twice a week and told myself if I keep consistently doing them , I want to be a member to gain all the benefits of Donovan Green fitness.
    I’m happy you took the time to reset , we all need that from time to time.

    I'm a 55 year old overweight female with knee problems (bone on bone both knees) , osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis so chair exercises work best for me. Although I am open to trying other exercises as long as they aren't too strenuous. I really love your videos and I feel they have helped me a great deal.

    I love your channel. I was NOT confused by the term "chair workouts." I love the chair workouts bc it's easier on my body. It has revolutionized the way I exercise and take care of myself.     Mr. Green I'm a 65 young woman that has always been physically active, but I saw how some of my aging friends would not do anything exercise wise until I introduced them to your videos. As I told them sitting exercises is not for wimps. it takes a lot of strength to keep from falling out of that chair lol!. I am not a member yet but will be as soon as I can free up some funds. Being on a fixed for myself and friends is a lot but my plan is to share the knowledge I acquire from my membership with others that cannot financially afford to join. I love your humor and motivating positive attitude. Don't give up on your dreams. The devils always trying to destroy good. Now back to business. I like to see move seated strength building exercises designed to build muscle. I strongly believe it can still be done at any age with the right diet and exercise program.     Mr. Green, your chair workouts are life changing. My husband is a former athlete and thought the chair workouts wouldn't be effective for him. Well, he's obviously competitive so I convinced him to do a challenge with me where we had to do two rounds of one of your workouts. Let's just say he tapped out and was sweating bullets. 😂 He was completely shocked at first but is now a believer.
    I feel that you could rebrand the chair workouts by showing various age groups in some of your videos so people won't assume they're just for our elders or the injured. I tell everyone I know about your channel and hope that you've gained new subscribers as a result. 🙏🏽

    I am new to your workouts. I am 67 years old and trying to get into shape. I have experienced a lot of soreness in my hip flexors when I go for a walk. So i tried a couple of your chair workouts and found that I really need help😂😂. So I signed up for a membership. I am looking forward to doing them to build strength in my hips and legs. I can do standing exercises, but because my laptop is in my kitchen, I'd rather not get down on the floor, but maybe I can invest in a mat. I'm glad you decided to take care of yourself.     Glad to hear an update from you. Welcome to GA! I just started doing the chair workouts about five weeks ago. My sister has noticed my waist slimming, and I feel stronger and energetic. I am inclined to continue with the chair workout, but I would like some non-chair workouts integrated. I am glad you are taking care of yourself, but there is no shame in acknowledging symptoms of depression. It often looks like irritability, frustration, anger, and isolation in men, which can differ from how women experience it. I pray that you remain anchored in your purpose and find the mentors and coaches, peers, and followers who you will help and who will help you fulfill all that you were created to be, do, and have. You're doing great work!

    I came to your channel because I'm 40 and have sciatica pain but want to stay fit. My stationary bike hurts my back and sometimes the treadmill hurts. Please don't stop the chair workouts!!!

    I enjoy your program because I can do the, at work on my breaks and lunches. I also walk/run on Saturday mornings for 4 miles and have a total gym, but your videos motivate me to keep exercises. I am a young age 67. I also practice yoga infrequently.

    Hi Donovan, this is the first night I’ve watched your videos and I really appreciate what you’re giving to us. I have a lot of medical issues and a lot of limitations and I’m over 100 pounds overweight and I think I could do this not at your pace yet but everything you talked about the bands, the Pilates all of that I think it’s great. At the moment I am homeless and struggling.. As soon as I’m on my feet, I definitely will become a member. I want to thank you because I’ve been looking for something like this for the last year maybe two. I look forward to becoming a member.

    I just started watching your videos. I do enjoy your videos. I am able to walk, have recently lost weight but I am still overweight. I do have knee issues. I can keep up to a certain point with your workouts. I love that you have many options. Continue doing what you are doing. I can't wait to transform my body into a temple.

    I love the chair workouts because at this time in my life I wasn't able to exercise since i have been going through body issues. Well i came across your chair video and I did one workout and it really helped me. You have given me a workout that help me get in shape from the chair.     hey donovan, i just wanted to send you some props and some love. sorry to hear you have been having some "emotional" issues, i understand that big time as i suffer from some depression and anxiety myself.
    i am a 63 year old male in relatively good health, though i had open heart surgery about 18 months ago. i live on a low fixed income, in a very small one room cabin, off-grid in the middle of nowhere. that is a lifestyle choice that i made almost 25 years ago, and i love it. but it means i have no room for equipment or a spacious workout area. when i found your chair abs workouts (only maybe a couple months ago), i was very happy, and i have been doing 2 of them ever since (one after the other), at least every other day. i cannot afford to subscribe to your website, but i immediately subscribed to your youtube channel. i really appreciate the motivation you gave me. i live a very active lifestyle, but i'd really like to shape my torso a little more. i love those chair workouts for my abs, but there are 2 other areas i'd really like to focus on: my pecs and my lats. especially my lats, as i do not have a natural V shape, but i do have broad shoulders and back - along with decades of love handles that i have never been able to reduce sufficiently.
    i seriously wish you the best my friend. and if you have a way for me to make a small one time (or periodic) donation i would do so.

    Thank you, I want to become a member. I have followed you on UA-cam and yes, I had to see if I wanted to join as a member. But I found myself, since working out with you, I have lost 11 pounds. I found myself sharing your videos with other people like me who can’t jump, stand long, can’t run, can’t dance or move fast, and they all are amaze. You see Donovan, you inspired me enough to now I am becoming a member.
    Looking at this video you just did, you were so transparent and real. I love working out with you and it motivates me to keep going. So what I’m saying is….please keep going. I do have to do chair workouts but I can tolerate some standing leg lifts. I really would like to see more upper body strengthening workouts with weights. Really, you’ve done them all in the chair, but because of you and of course the Lord’s direction, I didn’t have to get knee replacement. God said lose the weight and that’s when I found you over 2 months ago. I will continue to follow and especially now that I’m becoming a member ☺️. Thank you again.

    Hi coach! I'm so excited to hear of the new things you are working on!
    As you know, I'm a wheelchair user. Of cource I use your chair workouts but I actually do many of your workouts that are not "chair" per say! I think that you can really do most workinouts with modification suited to your needs. I actually came to this realization when I first began to watch your You Tube videos whe I began my road to better health almost 50 pounds ago! As you work on your branding, might I suggsest that whatever workout you do, emphasis that if you are unable to do this move, try X,Y,X to target the same area. This way, I'm gettingg your knowledge of fitness as an expert trainer as I incooporate modifications due to mobility my impairments:)

    What you talking about, I discovered your work outs just because of chair workouts. If you bring your support and energy in all of your videos then I would even do ballet lessons in here, letss gooooooooooooo

    "I put in all the hard work, and I am not where I feel that I should be." I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND THAT ONE. I can honestly say, that I do not earn $1 every day. I am an Interpreter for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. However, I am also an athlete in a professional sport. I need to workout on a regular basis. I was homeschooling the Blessing and wanted some exercise to be done daily. Then I found you. I would sit with the Blessing and we would do your youtube workouts together. I believe in your brand. The lack of people supporting my brand leaves me not being able to support other brands that I would like to.

    I just found your videos a couple of weeks ago while I was organizing a once a week Wellness break coffee break workout. We are currently using your chair workout videos, for our workplace. We have enjoyed the workouts. I will look at your subscriptions. I am hoping that by the end of summer, we will add a second wellness break coffee break for the workplace.

    i love your youtube videos. I am almost 49 and have mobility issuies so the chair workoyts are great fir me to get some cardio. I am unable to stand for any amount of time so being able to get a good workout while on a chair has been a God send for me.I have only been doing them for a couple of weeks but I already feel more energy and hopefully help me regain some of my mobility.Thank you so much for all your hard work.

    I joined your program a couple of weeks ago and I thoroughly enjoy each workout. I’m 65 and have not been active in awhile so your workouts, and emails with messages really inspire me to keep pushing. I enjoy the chair exercises and I’m amazed at the intensity of the workouts. I’m not opposed to a mixture though. Thanks for sharing this video as I had no idea about all that you shared; I appreciate your transparency even during the workouts.     Hi Donavan, I am sending message per your request for feedback. What I love best about your utube videos is your voice. It’s encouraging and love based. I listen while I am working in the kitchen and then take a few minutes to try perform an exercise or two. I am 62 years, recently retired from office work. While at work i would walk with a coworker outdoors. But prefer to do solo activities like weights, rebounder, or walking with trek poles. I enjoy your authenticity in letting us know what your facing. I suggest providing a description about your book, important information we will find in it and where to purchase it at the end or beginning of every video. Also, remind us as to where we can find you. Provide names on your social media platforms. Thank you, you’re appreciated!

    Hello Donovan. I found you on UA-cam and was not aware of all your wonderful accomplishments. I love the seated workouts because i have arthritis in my knees, bone on bone. Your workouts are some of the few that i can do along with my exercise bike. I am considering becoming a member. I appreciate the encouragement and challenge you give and your attitude. Thank you. ❤

    I have bad knees and am building up my strength in my legs, and the chair workouts are perfect for what I need. I lean towards chair workouts, but I welcome a mix.

    I’m 65, had always been in great shape until the damn Covid vaccine. I’m finally getting to the point I can get back to working out and I’m so thankful I have found you. You challenge me whether seated for the days I need that or another workout on my really good days. It’s been several weeks and I can feel the difference, I love the choice of workouts and your motivation is priceless. You are the first and only program I have committed to joining.     More chair workouts. That’s all I can do most days. I’m only 39, and both my ankles have been injured when I was 16. I haven’t been the same and walk with walker ever since. I can’t do any standing/jumping exercises. But I would like to learn knee slider, ab wheel, and fitness ball variations. Your workouts are unique and rare for young disabled people like me.     I missed you and I’m glad you did this video. I stumbled on your UA-cam channel and I saw chair workout and I was like 🤔. I thought elderly, not challenging but I wasn’t that fit anymore. I did your short workouts and they were challenging. I am 55 and I have some foot issues. I want to see a combo of both. Low impact is key but if you need to take it up a notch for a general audience, just show a low impact option and strength training with bands and such. I’m gonna go to your website and sign up. Thank you, thank you and can’t wait to see what’s up next. PS: you’re not alone, it’s the times that is making us feel blah. Nope, I’m not depressed either but I understand where you are.     I love them both. Sometimes the chair workouts I would do standing. These are great for everyone. You will get a good workout however you do them!!

    I just subbed up. I am very much out of shape, I tried one of your 10 minute workouts and had to take two breaks, but I finished off the 10 minute workout. I would love to see more videos on nutrition. I am currently 265 on August 19 and would like to get to 250 by Halloween.

    On those mornings when my Achilles tendons are bad, I sit. When they are not screaming, I stand .
    I watch and rewatch based on what I need of a day. Going forward, a mixture of standing and sitting may reach more people.

    Thank you for this video. I just turned 70. In pretty good health. But many times I don’t want to exercise. I know especially on those days I know I can at least do a chair work out. And I know you will give me a great workout. But one I look forward to doing. Not dread. I love your personality and you make me feel like I am actually with you. You motivate me.     Donovan, thank you for coming back! I loved your Hiit training on elliptical machines on you tube. It’s honestly the best in UA-cam thus far. I would love to see more hiit eliptical at different time duration. Kettle bell work outs even for beginners is another suggestion . Thank you for your honesty and strength to come back to help others heal as well.
