But the way these guys played so bad as the season went on?

Napier inherited a top 15 roster and a top 5 draft pick and everyone has been involved with NIL and the portal for the same amount of time. 11-14 is on schedule? For what? Getting fired? early retirement?

Napier has not demonstrated he can " game day " coach. Getting good players and hiring new coaches may help- but after all is said and done, he is still the head coach, which concerns me.
