This just makes me so sad being a Muslim revert! I’ve been a Muslim for 7 and a half years and a part from the hijab I wear what she’s wearing just a bit baggier, being muslim is so much more than how you dress! I have never worn a long dress 😂 as a Muslim and I’m married to a Arab man too is total opposite of Mahmoud! Even my husband is screaming at the TV watching Mahmoud 😂 I don’t know where all these non Muslim women find the most conservative muslim men!!! Who expect so much from the women, knowing that they are new to the religion. Nicole is in her right to say “ A huge fat NO “ to all of the clothing Mahmoud is telling her to wear- It’s not because she is being American. She’s a new muslim , she doesn’t have to completely cover herself and act like a perfect Muslim women at all if she doesn’t want too… Because by the looks of it it she knows nothing about Islam except a few words… she’s a new Muslim and Mahmoud is teaching her wrong! If he wanted a muslim wife to be muslim he should have married a MUSLIM WOMAN who was already dressing like he wants Nicole too dress… Yes, Nicole is irritating and all that but she’s just trying to understand like any human being would but honestly Mahmoud isn’t teaching her Islam …. He’s teaching her his culture and there is no culture in Islam.. If she wants to learn about Islam she should go back to America , walk into a mosque and see for herself what true Islam is like because what Mahmoud is showing is more cultured Islam which doesn’t exist.
It's really interesting hearing your pov. That's my biggest criticism of her is not doing any of her own research. Or reaching out to other Muslim women. Especially women who have converted and could help her navigate the transition. They both seem nice, but I don't think they're the greatest fit. Even if there was no religion involved
@@Trash.Tacos. Of course Nicole is also at fault here for not learning about Islam when she was in America.. Bringing this HUGE!! Entitlement personality and hitting every brick wall there is by forgetting she is Muslim now and had she started learning about Islam she wouldn’t be in this constant drama because she would have been able to make the choice if becoming a Muslim revert was really for her or not! Mahmood was only accommodating her because they were on camera and he dosn't want her to leave. 😂😂😂😂😂😂 I love the edits. Ace ventura and “i never know what im talking about.” I dont really understand why she accepted a person who is polar opposite to her; as a spouse. Not in a balancing way, but that neither wants to budge. Why are there so many “Nicoles” on the show. Is that a cursed name?
If Miss Nicole had had an interest in being Muslim prior to meeting her hubby, had invested time to study and learning and wanted to do it because it was how she felt connected, something she wanted, then this may have worked. But she was silly thinking she was going to conform because her hubby told her too, no way. While Hubby is at it, changing her clothes and all, can he get her to change the bowl-cut? She looks a lot older, the blonde is too monochromatic and the hair a bit too Carol Channing.
lol this guy is in the closet 100%. He's super conservative compared to people in tourist areas/big cities in Egypt--that's why she thinks he's lying about things. He bitched at her for the airport clothes but was perfectly okay with the clothes she wore the next day, which was basically the same without the jacket... He's confusing her and controlling her using his religion as an excuse.
I feel like part of this is their inability to be able to compromise or see what the other side is seeing. Nicole is a free spirit. Mahmoud is a conservative person. Both of them will never change. I would never tell a person what to wear or what not to wear. However, Nicole must understand that Mahmoud grew up in a conservative environment where women must be covered up. He may feel ashamed when men look at Nicole. I am not saying that that ideology is right, but it is something that Nicole needs to grapple with and either choose to live with or choose to leave. Mahmoud needs to understand that Nicole's world is a much more open, liberal world. Not everybody lives in a world where women need to be covered. Not everyone even cares about that. In fact, close to Egypt, Spain, it is an extremely liberal, expressive place that is gay-friendly and has nude beaches. Mahmoud needs to understand that he is not getting an Egyptian woman in this package. Nicole is not getting a liberal foreigner in this. Mahmoud has made this clear. They have to deal with that. Personally, this would be a deal-breaker as I am gay, and I would much rather live in Europe or the USA, where I live my values openly, and we can express ourselves. However, Mahmoud has the right to his beliefs, as long as he is not hurting Nicole or anyone else.
I don't remember where it happened but it was in a Muslim religion country that they stoned a woman to death because her head thing (I know it has a name I don't know what it is called) was not covering her face enough. So before you decide to pick up and go to a different part of the world where they have strict rules on how women can dress act ect ect you better be prepared to live as they do or you might just find yourself in a very bad situation.

Sorry but you meet a guy, ok. BUT he lives in Egypt, NO, he wants her to be Muslim, NO, wants her to move to Egypt w his whole family, NO. She was dumb to even have any interest in him w all these strikes. I could & would not change countries or religion for a man. NOPE. He wouldn't have even been on my radar
She met him a day before she left Egypt and the only positive thing she could say about him was that he was cute. Like she's in high school. Went home and 7 days later, they were engaged. She didn't tell her parents she was marrying him. They found out on social media. She's a grown child.
There are much more conservative situations, too. That makes this awkward. It’s very oppressive compared to U.S. living, but fairly free compared to Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan, for example, (by my understanding) where it’s not by agreements, norms, your and your husbands level of religiosity and anxiety , families etc, but by government law.
I should not say this but mahmood seems gay and so does his freinds. Wake up women
I agree with him she needs to stop being a baby. She is so high maintenance..
What a lovely little jewel this channel is - 90DF commentary given by a fellow introvert with funny edits. I couldn't ask for more.
what kind of place did you expect the salary of a carpet seller would be able to bring ???
My Egyptian husband is a doctor. Many Egyptian men, and women, go to University, with Engineering & Medical School being the top 2 areas of focus. Plus, University in Egypt doesnt put you in debt like it does in Western countries.
What is YOUR salary?
@@ladyfallon i am from the Gulf region so its alot. colleges in Egypt are famous for being corrupt. you can "'buy'" your degree if you have enough money which alot of people in my country always do they buy it from you guys.
@roreo1612 Saying you're from the "Gulf Region" is like saying you live "up North;" quite vague considering there are various gulf regions.
Additionally, please ask your college for a refund if you cannot differentiate the difference between "alot" and "a lot." As for "colleges in Egypt are famous for being corrupt," again, I'm not sure what makes you an expert on a place I'm sure you've never been. However, you'll probably claim that you've been there, now that I've said this, to win your pretend "internet points" for the day.
P.S. I stated my husband went to University. Again, if you don't know the different between "college" & "University," then it's probably passed your bedtime.
She wasn't introverted enough to keep the TLC cameras , the prospective clout, fame and money away.
If nicole was not on TV, I feel she would be wearing a Hiquab saying "okay my love" all day.
Why on earth did she marry him then?
He does not look like a classic handsome type, wth does she see in this little fairy.
Have you noticed she looks at the Producers with this crazy, "I told ya so," look?
"Mak-Mood". He didn't want her "camel appendage" showing lol
NICOLE I FEEL PITY FOR YOU ARE YOU LOSING CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE IS NOT NORMAL THAT SOMEONE ELSE COMES IN YOUR LIFE AND DISIDE EVERY WHAT ARE YOU SPOUSE TO DO IS NOT NORMAL
That's not how you prounce it. She's butchering the sht outta his name...hehehe!
Nicole looks wide eyed like she's high
Or mentally unstable
If I were going to move to another country, especially a Muslim, strict, country full of strict cultural differences I would seriously do my homework first. She screwed up, should have done research first. I could never. This is why so many women run away from these countries
But like Yve did these woman believe their unique dyed blonde hair will let them skip the Muslim women rules.
I don’t understand, she could do so much better than him. He legit repels me. This is one couple I just don’t get
I love the edits! ❤😂
They all may be secret lovers
This girl is so off balance go home omg husband behaves like a 10 year old and she's terrified of everything it's awful just go home
i really think she should have done some reserch on marrying into musleim ,my daughter is in a releationship 8yrs with a musleim ,it started like this one but shes back to herslef now thankgod and he accpets it because he loves her ,Much love from Ireland x
Your channel is #1 for this content
If he wanted a muslim wife to be muslim he should have married a MUSLIM WOMAN who was already dressing like he wants Nicole too dress…
Yes, Nicole is irritating and all that but she’s just trying to understand like any human being would but honestly Mahmoud isn’t teaching her Islam ….
Even if there was no religion involved
but where do you live ? In the US? I know Muslims here and they are nowhere near as strict as in the indian countries
@@Trash.Tacos. Of course Nicole is also at fault here for not learning about Islam when she was in America.. She’s jumped into a religion she knows nothing about, promising Mahmoud to live this Muslim life not realising how strict he is, at the same time moving to a strict Islamic country and trying to live an American free lifestyle! Bringing this HUGE!! Entitlement personality and hitting every brick wall there is by forgetting she is Muslim now and had she started learning about Islam she wouldn’t be in this constant drama because she would have been able to make the choice if becoming a Muslim revert was really for her or not! I personally think she got so hooked on how sexy she finds Mahmoud and that he works with clothing too - that she’s forgotten to look at the wider picture and the possibility that she just made the biggest mistake of her life!
@@royharper2003 I live in the UK surrounded by a huge variety of Muslims, some strict, some secular Muslims, average Muslims, Muslims who don’t practice, Muslim women who wear full covering to muslim women who are free as a bird… I spend a lot of time in Morocco with my husband, Morocco is more westernised than Egypt although I do have Muslim friends in Egypt who are nothing like Mahmoud very free. I don’t think it’s about the country or religion anymore, it’s about the people and their differences in beliefs system.
@@alyaalicekiki1332 Makes sense. However, I've watched this series since the beginning and just about all of the women that move to be with a muslim man experience the same issues these womem on this season are so I don't understand why it is such a surprise for them.
Nicole wants her way she don’t want to listen she wants everything her way. The nerve
of her being so disrespectful of the culture and religion running around without the hijab
These guy is living with family I doubt he will ever have his own apartment. She need to cook her own food .
Keep it up with the videos! I love watching your channel grow.
Thank you 😊 🖤🖤🖤
Mahmood was only accommodating her because they were on camera and he dosn't want her to leave. I'm sure after a few days he would be getting really fed up with her and not tolerating all the crying etc. This is Muslim men for you. I really think she is very childlike and naive. She'll be on the next plane back to USA very soon. As you say I don't know why she didn't research first. I think she thought he would be different but none of them are different in the Middle East.
I’m still trying to figure out what he wanted her to cover 👀
😂😂😂😂😂😂 I love the edits. Ace ventura and “i never know what im talking about.” I dont really understand why she accepted a person who is polar opposite to her; as a spouse. Not in a balancing way, but that neither wants to budge. Why are there so many “Nicoles” on the show. Is that a cursed name?
We would stop making stupid ppl famous, BUT NICOLE!? WOW! SHE deserves a higher and purposefull position! ❤
Go away i love honey 😂😂😂
She seems awkward, without life aspirations, and without any real direction.
Honestly I think they broke up the last time she was there, then the show called. They agreed to basically reenact the breakup.
It really does seem like that
Egypt of all places...............!!
What's up with the jacket? She has a shirt underneath lol
😂😂🤣🤣🤣@MissDebbie, Ya Got Jokes, I'm Living... For, "While, he's at it..."🔥😅😂🤣. And Facts!!!
lol this guy is in the closet 100%.
I like you have suggestions for nicole wihout making fun of her. Yes, she should have get informed and wake up earlier.
Mahhh-mood
Her Dutch boy haircut is so unflattering.
Well they are clashing
I might.
Whyyy.... this just seems so dangerous for her. If the camera crew wasn't there...
Mahkh-mood
As a couple they just don’t fit. Way to many differences. 🧩
Agreed!
Lol yes. I’m autistic and she has autism written all over her. I’m glad I’m not the only one to pick up on this.
Maaaa mood, not Mahkood
He is feminine.
Is that a wig?
I hope so... because it's hideous.
hello dvmb and dvmber aka 2 bullies
It definitely looks like one when you see the top of it. Very nice though.
