Diagnostic Code E2 - High Refrigeration Pressure

Code E2 means the fan inside of the dehumidifier is either not operating or is not operating well enough to push enough air through the machine due to an external restriction.

Don’t waste you $$ on Aprilaire brand.., common problem E4 … the error means low refrigerant and is unserviceable… which means trash if the warranty has run out , and my dehumidifier gave the E4 like 3 months after warranty ran out … Aprilaire was oh so willing to sell me another $1500 dehumidifier…. Hope you do your research good luck
