Basically the issue is there’s a blockage between the water supply and cube tray. So the ice needs to be removed so the water can flow to the cube tray and make ice. The easiest way to do this is to turn the unit off for 48hrs to allow the ice to melt out of the tubes completely. Or take it apart how he has done it and clear the blockage yourself.
