I got to open for Redd Kross at the Outhouse in Lawrence KS, back when I drummed in St Louis' "Ultraman" - back in like '87, and they blew us & every band off the STAGE that night! I was embarrassed to be their with drums! But I had the BEST time! Jeff & his brother were so nice to us younger 'punkers' with our striaght edge HC (*that sucked). One of the biggest reasons I left that band (they got signed & toured Europe 2x after I left) was becuz I saw what RK were doing & I felt like I was 5 yrs behind the time. And not in a good way!!!Super guys! Super live show. SEE 'EM!!!
You do realize that this "hole" is far greater than the sum of it's " parts". You realy have somthing here. You could probably get this on MTV.you should talk to the band. This is f__king fantastic. It just fits ,dosent it.wow!!!!!!!!!!!
It's awesome !! It's on " If I Were A Carpenter " - album that was all covers of Carpenters tunes .. Red Kross, Sonic Youth, Cranberries, Grant Lee Buffalo, etc etc etc .... GREAT album

What a gorgeous, melodic, smooth lead vocal, sounds like his voice is submerged in a vat of caramel.
This is way tooooooooooooo funny. Jeff and Steve need to check this out. Redd Kross are great. This must have taken a lot of work. Great job!!!!!
