That's a great play on words for the name of that bike. "It's my favorite ebike". I would have made the nameplate on the front, "Fav".😊
Nice lights and lighting control. Since it can control each emitter independently, it’d be great if flashing mode alternated between the two as I find people notice two flashing lights (flash at different rates so they almost always alternate) whereas hardly anyone seems to notice just one.
😮Excellent review, nice bike! The question is, do you really want to drop 2k on a DTC bike that you’ve never ridden from some distant company you probably never heard of before. They have a few dealers but not many. Will they be around in 3 years if you need parts?
All locks can be sawed into. The EBike industry’s under attack with high tech portable devices to put on regular bikes that turn into eBikes. It’s a game changer.
Looks good. Only one little thing and that's you can't change the goose neck because of the display being built in but everything else looks solid. Taller or shorter bars would be the fix.
The phone app is nice, especially for software updates but it's also a gateway for hackers. Wouldn't want a blackhat to have your unlock button.
Bike Thieves with hacking ability, would not be my main concern...

Love the bike lock and the light however the lack of ability to switch out the handlebar stem is a deal breaker for me , I have back and hip issues and like being able customize a bike for comfort . The less comfortable the less I'd ride . Thanks for the review great info and nice looking bike .

My concern with tech like this as an engineer on a push bike is this.A pushbike is light,the more tech you put on it the more issues you will have. Unlike a motorcycle which can weigh up to 600 kg (1300lb approx).This absorbs the killer of electronics...... vibration. That is where i cannot see anything but major problems down the line.There is no easy solution to this and if it's Chinese.....????

Looks like a Ride 1up bike.
The frame, bars, grips, stand and throttle look very much like those on their LMT’d step-over model. Same tires, too. Probably the same Bafang BB torque sensor. Air fork on each, but don’t know if they’re the same make and model.
Good, because the LMT’d has been a great ebike for me, though mine is an older generation and has a different brand of tires, and lacks integrated lighting.
I also have 2 Ride1Up LMTD bikes and immediately noticed how much similarity there is. The only differences I could see were add-ons. The fenders, lock, rack, and also the display built into the stem. Oh, and also the pogo style suspension seatpost. That integration to the phone app was pretty nice too. Personally I prefer not having all those add-ons for less weight, and I actually use my LMTD on trails more than commuting. We changed to a cassette with more capable gearing, and a few other extras to make it a fun enduro Ebike. If I was looking for more of a commuter bike this would be a great choice.

2 grand plus shipping plus taxes is NOT "affordable" for this bike. To begin with, I want to see UL listed battery with some kind of 3rd party guarantee that the cells are genuine name brand grade-A cells. Batteries are the single biggest shortcut taken by ebike makers.
It has a big box bike drive train. Wheels nobody ever heard of. A proprietary headset. A Pogo stick on the front end.
