Love flowers too!
Saturation painting!!! What a great tool. Thanks Dave for making the TK panels more and more useful.
Very interesting techniques. I would like to see you work through an image, start to finish, and explain what you saw (what needed to be fixed) and how you fixed it
You're a great instructor. Thank you,
Absolutely first class. Thank you.
Another great tutorial. Thank you Dave.
Again you have created a tutorial which is awesome. Thank you for motivating and expanding my post processing of my photos.
Great tutorial! I love my TK panel and your videos have made them even more usable!
Good series, Dave! Learned new stuff that I can use on some current images. Also appreciate the workflow suggestion of using at the end.
Very helpful Thank you so much.
This is an excellent video on the uses of the Saturation/Vibrance Masks.
Thanks for these helpful videos. I'm doing exactly as you suggested, going back to images I've already worked on and seeing if I can a bit of pop!
Great technique, very useful and very well explained. I’ve been using the TK panel for some months and these video series expand my knowledge. Thanks.
I’m beginning to use my TK’s more now, thanks!!
Fantastic!
Thanks...excellent!!!
very very good.............
This would be awesome on fall foliage shots
Watching this TK Panel series has really cemented the importance of using the Go Panel, thanks. The Sat/Vib masks are new for me. Now part of my arsenal. :)
Hi Dave, Could you please explain as to how we finalize the TK7 adjustments within Photoshop? Is it the same as using PS where we choose 'File' then 'Save' then close PS to get back to Lightroom, or is there a different way to do things within the TK7 panel? During the videos, you just skip to the next photo for adjustment without showing the closing process. . .Thank-you.
You would just treat it as any other Photoshop file.
Question as I watch the video again: For Vibrance, we shift the histogram to the left; why not shift the Saturation histogram to the right? Maybe apples and oranges.
I have the same question.
You actually are moving the histogram to the right. You are using the Levels adjustment to do it. If you switch thru the different Saturation mask like I did with the Vibrance masks you will pull the histogram to the left and not the right. When you are using the (1 Saturation mask} and move the highlight levels slider to the left you will see the histogram moving to the right.

@@thejoyofeditingwithdavekelly Thanks, Dave! Makes sense.
@@thejoyofeditingwithdavekelly Sorry, another question. What is the purpose of the other Saturation mask levels past 1?
