It was on the east side of the mountain but it’s been a few years so I can’t recall the road name. We just explored a bunch of roads till we found an area we liked. Thanks for watching! Nate
Really enjoyed the inside-shots of this video most. The human touch you know. Looking forward to some snowy/winter camping videos soon! Don't forget how popular your practical/technical work is. You personally saved our gearbox with your oil-change video. Campervanning is a weird mix of beautiful scenery and down-to-earth mechanical practicality. Thumbs up as usual.
Thanks. We are really looking forward to some winter camping. It hasn't rained here in our area in almost three months which is not normal. Bring on winter! nate
You made popping the top look sooo easy! Love the makeshift slackline. So glad I found your channel since Chad Living the Van Life went to a Sprinter. Huckleberry picking? The Mercantile in Oakridge, OR sells Huckleberry pickers for $20... Thanks for bringing us along on your journeys. It makes me less nervous to take my '84 Westy on adventures.
Hey Robin, the lift assist struts make popping the top much easer. If you don't have any, I would highly recommend them. We have the Jack Bombay struts and love them. Yeah there are tons of huckleberry bushes in the Gifford Pinchot and Nancy picked a bunch and made some great huckleberry jam. Get that Westy out there and find places to explore! nate
I think both are good. We have Louisiana hot sauce in St. Louis. Secret Aardvark is still my favorite though. I see you tried it, Lindsey showed me a video.
This was great! Just wondering. Which forest road was this? Looks like some great old trees

Love that drone footage. Nancy, those burritos look yummy!
Thanks, it did turn out pretty good. The burritos were great but it is hard to mess up a burrito! :)

That forest area was amazing and the site was very cool.
Sure was. It is such a beautiful area to explore and not that far from our house.

Comment for the algorithm... This looks like a perfect camp spot. Even looked raked for a tent... I'm having camping withdrawls!
Haha! It was a great site

Super nice filming and editing on this one.

Thanks Robert!

If you don't want to do dishes take some paper plates we find that works.
Paper plates just seem so wasteful. We really don't mind dishes, we just use that as an excuse to eat more wraps! :)

No not Chilula. Yuck. It's Louisiana Hot Sauce or nothing.
I haven't had the Louisiana Hot Sauce, I will have to give it a try. I do love the Chilula!
