      @@Taophysique Not to mention the incredible body awareness and stabilization skills you develop. Great video, muchacho. Do you use eccentrics as well for any specific goal? For people who are not at your level yet (like myself, hehe) you could perhaps make a video on eccentrics and how to use it. I just though that many beginners could benefit much more from resisting gravity instead of overcoming it (especially for the first exercise of this video). Keep it up, man. Your channel is blowing up big time!

      @@FacePullTiToX 100% agree the skill and control element is unparalleled.
      However strong core? Definitely relative to their height and weight. But in terms of raw brute core strength I would argue that it pales in comparison to Olympic weight lifters, poweifters and strongmen.
      Being able to hold numerous times your bodyweight, especially overhead is IMMENSELY taxing. I find holding a 160kg snatch overhead so much more taxing on the core than maintaining a human flag.
      In addition, ring work has a SICKENING carryover to shoulder strength for weight lifting.

    I've been watching your vids for a while, would like a response back tbh. When you turn the ring out at the top are you suppose to feel the contraction in your upper chest? That's where I feel it whenever I turn the rings out at the end of the movement. This is for both ring dips/push ups/ bulgarian ring dips. thanks

    • @rajthomas6446
      @rajthomas6446 4 роки тому

      But still I can't say that ringss more effective but they are definitely a great option for stimulating growth when you use them correctly. Resistance is resistance and as long as you use the principle of progressive overload, you will grow.
