Tbh ipad kid already exist since the early 2010s but the problem has existed when UA-cam introduce YT shorts, if youtube didn't introduce short the ipad kid problem would be much less.

I agreed that's having an impact on your time, and distract you a lot, but this is not that bad as you're describing I mean for example I can't walk, and I don't have opportunity to be outside as much as I want that's the one thing which is kipping me an alive
