That’s a packed training week! Good effort on the bike and a decent FTP. As an older duathlete myself I rely heavily on bike training crossing over to my running but I’m sure the bike element keeps injury at bay too. Allows me to run well off minimal road pounding. Anyway, all the best for your All In journey 👊

Great effort on the 20 minute FTP test. I find it a real mental test when I do it, I can't look at the time on the screen, I just put my head down and grind it out with some music on. I wonder how close you came close to hitting your max heart during the test.
Hey man! Thank you for the constant motivation. How do you run around an injury? I am currently dealing with extensor tendonitis and feel really uncomfortable after my runs. Hope you get that sub 2:20 brother.

Can you explain full bike setup, please?
Giant road bike on a Wahoo Kickr Core. iPad with Zwift. Garmin Pro heart rate monitor chest strap. Honeywell fan off Amazon. Sony headphones with Spotify. Power transmits from Kickr core to Zwift. Hope that helps.
