Dan is right in saying that not letting Jaime play is just as bad as making him play. In the end Nathan should let Jaime have the freedom to choose to play.
God, it's kind of sad that they are so much more alike than they realize. They looked at Basketball at "Everything" not The "Only" Thing, they never knew how important it was to have a Plan B., and they went from being High School Hotshots to "Has Beens" and they both paid in Spades. Nathan with his Injury that ruined a promising Basketball Career and Dan because of his insecurities and nastiness and neediness.
laminage Makes you wonder about the silver lining of Nathan’s injury - that he learned that his family was more important than his personal basketball dream. I mean, even if he had a good NBA career, the problem that he dealt with at the start of season 5 might still arise once he retired or something
@@jasonli2594 You know the Show better than me. I live in Canada and we only Got the first Two Seasons. Our Cable Network changed. The only Show that I remember watching from The WB back in the day was Popstars that was acquired for broadcasting rights by Fox. You are so right on about that. When they did the Promo, one of the Songs was by Robbie Williams who as you know got his Start in Take That that was inspired by the success of New Kids On The Block. He and his Wife are A Golden Couple of The UK Music Scene and his former Partner Gary Barlow is like the Justin Timberlake of England. He wrote a lot of their Songs so he gets Songwriters Royalties.
laminage Oh haha, I’m also from Canada. Watched some of the show on Netflix before it was removed, and just watched some UA-cam clips outside of that. Thanks for teaching me that about the promo, I had no idea!
I mean, I think Nathan did make it to the NBA. Also, for the dad (Dan) he's that way because of his father and put alot of pressure on his one son to do really good in basketball. Like the only thing they both cared about and both neglected their other sons too while basically abusing the other one to do better at basketball. Both Dan (the guy in prison) and his dad are narcissists.

Jamie I think would be alot smarter and wiser and I'm sure he would have heard stories about Grandpa Dan, Uncle Lucas and even his Mother and Karen.
They're both rocking the gotee thing. Like father like son.

Season 5 was a hard season to watch
So was season 3 and 4. I'm on season 6 so idk about the rest.
Dan's not wrong that Nathans injury wasn't caused by Dan. That and not letting Jamie play was just as bad when Jamie loved the sport.
Hey look its Jesus.Oh wait its Nathan.(lol)
Despite everything, there was a part of Nathan that still loved Dan.
can you post the footage of karen visiting dan in jail plz
imagine if that was really jesus :)
I think Nathan loved him still deep down 🤔
Yeah it’s pretty obvious
Well yea
Olla
