No Country for Me? I'm an old man! Just Kidding! Another awesome piece of TheDailyWoo history, in the can! I don't think you realize the effect your vlogs have on people. Some folks are ill, or disabled or have something keeping them from traveling. So they turn on their computer and travel with you. I am one of those folks and I wait for your next vlog with excitement and wonder. From all the people not able to travel, Thank you Adam, for getting me out of the house to sightsee with you. Thanks for taking me to the Galaxy's Edge and letting me enjoy Smugglers Run and ride the Rise of the Resistance! Thank you for the laughs and attention to all the smallest details of everywhere you go. Please don't grow up and get tired of your craft.
Bobbyhand, you are so right. I am homesick for New Mexico and southern Colorado where i ranched for many years. So seeing this made me happy. Especially the western store!!!! lol
I literally just watched this movie the day before yesterday. I’ve seen it numerous times in the past but it truly is one of the greatest movies of all time. I recommend to anyone who hasn’t seen it to watch it.
With such an iconic movie scene, you think someone would buy and restore that gas station. Probably one of the most iconic locations in that awesome movie
The sign at the bottom of the staircase in the hotel was hilarious!. I literally, laughed out loud when I read the warning, "You may want to keep a close eye on anyone following you up this staircase!". Good on the hotel management for having a sense of humor and film history.
I'm from Europe but I was there too last year..The room 138 at Regal inn motel was free only for me on 1 night..😀my favorite movie.♥️.you made my day buddy..Thanks..👍
It's nice to see the director using locally sourced locations for the whole film. It's as though they drove around the area getting inspirations along the way.
It’s amazing the Coen brothers used so many practical filming locations, indoors and out, and in true to life proximity to each other. So many films use ‘movie magic’ to pair an interior soundstage location with an unrelated exterior shot.
Wow that is some amazing detective work to find those places, especially that overgrown and deserted store out in the middle of nowhere. You guys are great. Another awesome video.
I love these videos. I did a lot of back roads traveling when I was younger, but these days it’s a lot harder. Your videos get me back on the road, at least in my heart. Great to see Cody again too.
Fun Fact At 19:26, that’s the same intersection that Patrick Swayze, Charlie Sheen and C. Thomas Howell cross in Red Dawn when they see the initial occupation of their hometown. Further fun fact: The Red Dawn filming locations was the first of your videos I ever watched.
@Carolus Magnus Many. There were so many awesome movies released in that time period. Beverly Hills Cop, Footloose, and Sixteen Candles (1984 releases) got a "plethora" (as Adam would say) amount of ticket sales out of me. Two HUGE successful movie releases that got a lot of business from me as well in '85 were The Breakfast Club & Back To The Future.
Wow. Out of all those places, I am actually amazed that the tractor is still there outside of the little store...well, and the store itself really. Awesome video.
Thank you, for bringing us on this tour. Just reliving the scenes from the actual locations gives me goosebumps. I own the movie. The emotions it brings reminds me of when I watched 'In cold blood'. These kinds of killers are a special breed, for sure.
Thanks so much Adam! This was an epic tour of No Country's filming locations. Exactly the right amount of detail given to the various scenes. This is my new fav video of yours. I hope you'll do more of these type in the future
Guys, AWESOME job.... I love these recreations. I remember that movie. The research and the highlighting of key locations, etc. are so much appreciated. Adam, you're the greatest.👍🤠👏
It's so cool to see the filming sites for iconic TV shows and movies! I was so geeked to visit the park where Captain Kirk fought the lizard man (and so many other movies and shows also filmed) and I constantly drove across the spot where Chris Rock first entered the movie in Dogma! You guys must be in heaven right now! Have fun guys!
A few things, first loving this series. Second, I know I’ve watched this movie but can’t remember it has been a while. Y’alls level on silliness is on point. Keep the videos coming!
Omg this is one of my favorite movies! Thank youuuuuu! Please read the book if you haven’t, you won’t be disappointed!!! Thanks for finding these locations!!! Who is your favorite character from the movie?!?
Yesterday I was on hold for 7 hours trying to order something I needed ugh, but this video and other UA-cam videos got me through watching on Roku on my television while my phone 📲 just hung on all those hours. So thanks for the entertainment Adam the Woo 👏🏼🥰
I went to Las Vegas, NM a couple weeks ago. Went up from Tucumcari and saw the gas station from the coin flip scene and many of the filming locations you shared firsthand. Your video helped me to find a few of them! Definitely one of my top 5 movies of all time.
Thanks for posting this, I live in Albuquerque and only knew about the final scene on Central. I recognized that area for sure. I had no idea so much of that movie was done in Las Vegas NM. Such a great film, on my top ten for sure.
Really enjoyed this, guys. I think it speaks to how powerful a movie I found NCFOM that I have interest in the details of where and how it was filmed. Thanks for the info you researched and supplied.
Adam the woo doing what he does best more awsome vlogs thanks for having me along on the adventure and adam your my hero I mean that one of the best vloggers with cody ever in the history of youtube
My husband was a skeptic when I started following your channel but I keep finding him peeking over my shoulder to see what you’re up to. Adam, you film anywhere you please. It’s always fun to watch and fresh
I love it guys and now i HAVE TO watch the movie! A friend of mine living in NM told me so so many movies were filmed in NM.. as a side note... he lives out in the desert of Rio Rancho and had the view and saw the lights of filming the movie Logan in the middle of the desert!
So, so awesome that you're on this road trip with Codee (I know spelled Cody). I love these type of ATW videos more than I can express in a YT comment section. These are the types of video that made me sub to Adam all those years ago. I've been here on TheDailyWoo since the start. I watched every daily vlog up until you stopped making them. I confess to skipping most of the theme park stuff just because that's not my thing so to say. Love these man. *:-)*

What’s the most you’ve ever lost on a coin toss ?
Ironically Tommy Lee Jones played 2 face that also flipped a coin for the fate of his victims.
Where we wanted to go eat
@Mickey Mouse What gets loosened if it's tails?
I've never seen this movie before but Adam you make a stunning Llewelyn!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🏆no one can drag their foot so well lol
"What’s the most you’ve ever lost on a coin toss ?" - First I gotta know what I'm puttin' up.
“Call it” ... “I need to know what I stand to win?” ...”everything” Good job guys. I’m a big fan of this movie, I enjoyed this heavily!
Tampa Jay You are a great blogger! I enjoy your work, buddy!

I agree , Adam is great!.

Not an American, still enjoy each video and hit like !
@Bobby You obviously did not see the movie. If you had, you wouldnt have made that banal query.
bobbyhand1 yuckkk
I literally just watched this movie the day before yesterday. I’ve seen it numerous times in the past but it truly is one of the greatest movies of all time. I recommend to anyone who hasn’t seen it to watch it.
It’s amazing . I love so much about it
Hard to believe this movie is as old as it is now. It is a good one though. Thanks for taking us around to see what remains.
I'm a subscriber of your channel, too!
@@retriever19golden55 Thank you for subscribing!
I just posted the same thing. It doesn’t even feel like 13 years have passed

Name it Friendo's
Wolferal „im not your friendo“
@@mats7492 -- That's fine. Would mind holding still for a second?
Carla Jean's house too.
It's still there and so is that road grater! I was there a couple of weeks ago.
The sign at the bottom of the staircase in the hotel was hilarious!. I literally, laughed out loud when I read the warning, "You may want to keep a close eye on anyone following you up this staircase!".
Good on the hotel management for having a sense of humor and film history.
Thanks for doing this video fellas. No country for old men is one of my favorite movies...
The last movie that actually deserved the Best Picture Oscar , brilliant movie making 👏👏
I thought I was literally the only reasonable the same person who thought that!
I'm not an American. It's nice to see the America that don't exist in popular media. Amazing
There is a lot of it
Theres a LOOOOT more than new york, chicago, and l.a.!
No Country for Old Men is a great movie not just for Javier Bardhem's performance but also for the sound editing. It's a great movie to listen to.
That guy played his part in the spot. No over acting just straight out psycho
When he farts its just fantastic sound
When you watch these spine-chilling re-enactments, it’s hard to see why they wasted money on Javier Bardem and Josh Brolin.
If only these two were cast the movie would have been even more special ..... needs adam u the best
Amen!
Not my favorite actors but it is difficult to argue with the casting of the movie given its popularity and financial success.
😂😂😂😂😂 your sarcasm is immeasurable!
One of my favorite all time movies!!
That movie is One of the Best ever made. The setting fits it perfect to tell the story......
I love these videos. I did a lot of back roads traveling when I was younger, but these days it’s a lot harder. Your videos get me back on the road, at least in my heart. Great to see Cody again too.

Further fun fact: The Red Dawn filming locations was the first of your videos I ever watched.
I was 16 years old when Red Dawn was released ('84). I saw it twice in the theater. One year prior to that was War Games. I saw that three times.
Thaaaaat's why Las Vegas, New Mexico sounded familiar!!!!! Thanks!
@Carolus Magnus Many. There were so many awesome movies released in that time period. The Heavenly Kid was also made in 1985 and was the greatest film ever made by humans.
Oscar time! Love that 🎥 movie.
Hey Adam....thanks for these adventures you take us on. What u do matters. And is appreciated. So thank you
It is the stark beauty of NM that makes it frighting and wonderful. Coen brothers sure can pick locations.
Movies are done in NM because it's the cheapest place to do so. Taxes in California are crazy, man.
Wow. Out of all those places, I am actually amazed that the tractor is still there outside of the little store...well, and the store itself really. Awesome video.
drewood not much changes here in NM its part of what makes this state special.
it's a GRADER, not a tractor!
Thank you, for bringing us on this tour. Just reliving the scenes from the actual locations gives me goosebumps. I own the movie. The emotions it brings reminds me of when I watched 'In cold blood'. These kinds of killers are a special breed, for sure.
Outstanding work. Great movie. Well done 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
That old Texaco was also used in Red Dawn in 1984.
Great job reenacting the bridge jacket scene, you guys are great.
Awsome video!! My goal is to visit New Mexico some day...thanks so much Adam and Cody. I enjoyed this video just as much as the movie itself.
@@christopherapodaca2373 It looks beautiful!! Some day I will get there.
Lots of beautiful desert scenery but also a lot of shady characters walking around.
This video was so good. Great job fellas 👍
I dusted off my Blu Ray copy last night for a much needed rewatch. I always did love this movie.
Thanks so much Adam! This was an epic tour of No Country's filming locations. Exactly the right amount of detail given to the various scenes. This is my new fav video of yours. I hope you'll do more of these type in the future
The limp-drag, then the constant drag cracked me up. Great job guys!
After weeks watching all your older videos it's my first time seeing a fresh one in the wild! Woohoo!

Truly the best movie of the last 25 years...! And this filming location by The Woo is just amazing!
The Ravens' calling really expresses the descent of that area. Thank you for this.
A few things, first loving this series. Second, I know I’ve watched this movie but can’t remember it has been a while. Y’alls level on silliness is on point. Keep the videos coming!
One of your bests. Not sure how you do it, but even an empty lot is exciting to watch.....awesome job to you two...
