I am using the MARQ for last 3 years. No problem till today. But when you have problem , there is no proper service. Jeeves won't do the service. Fortunately the local AC mechanic can able to repaid. My case it was an inverter AC.

The Marq products I've been using since 2018 are facing coil leakage issues, and they are only expected to last for 4 years. Since they are inverter models, replacing the indoor unit isn't feasible.
In today's context, I believe non-inverter models would be more ideal due to their ease of repair and cost-effectiveness, ultimately providing a longer lifespan.
Using it since 2020. So far no problems. I clean the filters by myself. Good one in my usage opinion.
smaller indoor unit is for home purpose. Large indoor unit is for commercial for high air throw.

Self cleaning will work when the ac is turned off, it will take around 30 mins. The indoor unit fins will become frozen and then it melts automatically so that it will clean the dust in thr fins.

I bought Marq air cooler back in 2021.. it is still running good without any issues. But for the price i felt its a good deal compared to other branded Aircoolers with high quoted price.
Hi I am using Marq Front load 7kg Washing machine it's working fine. Jeeves Service also good only.

Mechanism is such any one can repair it.
It's better covered with extended warranty.
During Corona period door lock switch has to be replaced but due to lockdown movement of spare parts was restricted. At the end of 2 and half years it happend so calculated depreciation and return the money.
Once again I order the same Marq washing machine and it was delivered and working fine till date.
Marq is cheapest brand.
No advertisement no showroom.
So their price is less.

Things to check in AC when buying
1 - 410a is recommended because widely used in commercial
2 - check weight of indoor unit (15+) and outdoor unit (38+kg)
3- check cooling wattt 5200-5400
4- air flow with long distance
5- non inverter AC is always preferred..
6- some brand provide double wireing between indoor and outdoor..(eg Mitsubishi)
But some Mitsubishi dealer not telling this when you want lower the cost of ac ..double wireing is cost more..
Me got Mitsubishi MS-GK 1.5T AT 52K in 2023 and v gaurd triple booster 2T at 10k total cost 64k😊

I guess this Marq AC model is made by Godrej because the AC remote, indoor and outdoor unit design shape and size is same as Godrej ac. I have both Godrej and marq both make same sound when we press remote button and same 60 secs timer to turn off. But all in all Marq AC is good, I am using it for almost 3 years no issue till now.

Nowadays most ac under 30-40k indoor and outdoor units are smaller. Always look and compare the dimensions. Same brands have similar tonnage with different sizes of indoor and outdoor unit. Larger the size better the heat exchange
