I have that same steering wheel but in a 16" in my 567. I always liked the smaller steering wheels more.
You definitely look more comfortable with the steering wheel tilted down. Seems to fit especially since the seat is low. Very nice.

I guess it’s a pretty common thing with paccars to have that foot pedal for the wheel tilt to break. I drive a 2010 389 and it’s also broken. Sitting in the floor with the wheel all the way up was a learning curve lol

I work at a farming cooperative and we have an '06 T800 that has a persnickity tilt column, and it stopped tilting again. I had it apart today and the cable still is on, it will telescope, but refuses to tilt. I will try this mod next, can't hurt. Now if I can only get the fat boys to stop messing it up! 🤣

Definitely depends on the year and if it has the same setup. I would remove the cover and check to see if yiu can see the plastic cover and go from there.

I don’t think so, since the column changes and lowers from the bottom instead of behind the wheel
Mine tilts just the top piece it's got the newer dash but not the full steering column tilt like the new ones just the top piece tilts
