Soybeans 250g
Room Temperature Water 1500c.c.
Lemon Juice 45g
Water for Mixing with Lemon Juice 180g
[Braised Tofu Seasoning]:
Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
Vegetarian Mushroom Oyster Sauce 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
White Pepper Powder to taste
Water 3 tablespoons
[Okara Pancake]:
Okara 100g
All-Purpose Flour 100g
Yeast 2g
Room Temperature Water 35~40g
