The guy is literally falling apart getting to Rome and he's still willing to put in the work to stop Diavolo and protect his gang. And he was okay with it.

I believe this track is called "the right path" because of how everyone took the right path in the end. The main cast got dealt some crappy cards in life. They all had a point in life where they felt hopeless alone and miserable. But after joining Bruno's gang they got a righteous goal to live for. They felt and knew they had chosen the right path. Even though the way to their goal killed some. The ones who died knew that they did the right thing.

The most heart-wrenching part of the main deaths in VA is the group's reaction to them. Narancia's childish lash-out, Giorno subtly trembling as he learned that crying would do nothing for him, both Mista and Trish screaming in agony, and worst of all, Bruno seeing his crew die in their mission for him and not even being able to show emotion because he has to be a strong leader and keep all the others on track
Now that I think of it, Bruno could have kept living in Diavolo's body. Fate gave him an opportunity to just return to life and he still decided to give it away to save his friends.

I know this is weird but this should have played for some of La Squadra deaths. They, just like Bruno's gang, had struggles, but treated eachother like family. Risotto probably was more sad than a lot of the main cast because 1 by 1, his crew was getting killed.

(ThArPi) Yeah But Araki’s made it a theme for characters to die quite suddenly and (most of the time) without a big parting words speech to their loved ones beforehand. Avdol, Iggy, and Joseph (temporarily during the Dio fight) if I’m to list ones off of the top of my head.

I know this is weird but this should have played for some of La Squadra deaths. They, just like Bruno's gang, had struggles, but treated eachother like family. Risotto probably was more sad than a lot of the main cast because 1 by 1, his crew was getting killed.
I literally cried at this when narancia died it was so sudden especially at 2:12 and MOSTLY 2:34 😢😭
