I'm seeing cashmere sweaters (like your purple one) worn tucked in, and honestly, it's a pretty good look. You can show off a nice belt, and it slims you even more, assuming you're already slim. What do you think about tucking cashmere sweaters?
Another wonderful video. The purple is my favorite. Your shirt looks sharp. Where is it from? Can you do a “shirt check” like watch channels do? 🤷🏽♂️🤔
Hey Jon, you should check out Thousand Fells new sneakers!! Come in at $120 and the company as a whole is extremely sustainable. Wanted to know how you think it stacks up against the traditional leather sneaker market
Jon, I was curious if you have any plans to do an overcoat review/recap. Id be curious your thoughts on some of the ones you can get from the MTM places (indochino, Charles Tyrwhitt, Spier and Mckay), against like suit supply, Nordstroms signature against some high end stuff.
The Kavalier I just bought their 100 percent wool and cashmere double breasted navy topcoat. Beautiful piece. Would love to see your take on their outerwear
Could you consider discussing the difference in types of wool choices for sweaters? Merino, mohair, cashmere, etc.., and the pros and cons for choosing them.
Trying to make some work outfits for the new year. Based on your videos I'm going to try Mizzen & Main, Mack Weldon, Bonobos, Everlane, Banana Republic and Uniqlo (for t-shirts). I live in Canada so the shipping cost on some of this stuff is awful. But if it's great stuff then I don't mind.
Cool company. I died laughing when you brought up the comments on your skinny pants in the last video. Man, I recently tried Goodfellow & Co’s slim chinos, and the fit is pretty solid (the quality is obviously what you’d expect from spending $25), and their skinny jeans fit me like a true slim would. Good fits given how cheap they are! I sized down in the waist on the slim chinos, and up in the skinny fit for their jeans. Cheers.
@R. G. 5' 7"...I still just stick to the J.S Italian fit. Ps I have only just found out that you can alter sweaters/ pullover so I will have to inquire about it with my talior
MauricXe Hehe. Trust me, you’d get tired of sweating everyday...but I’ve always just been more of a cold/frigid dude. And I love Jon’s videos ‘cause I like dressing well...but it does bum me out that you just can’t wear most of the stuff here. You should come visit one day...if you do, hit me up and I’ll email you a list of places to go/eat, things to do, etc. Anyways, thanks for the laugh. Have a happy hump day. 😁🤙🏽
The Kavalier I always figure it’s the “grass is always greener” situation. I love your videos and the outfits you propose...but at 84°F & 65% humidity, yeah, it doesn’t work out well. Hehe. Also, Christmas never quite feels like Christmas when you open your gifts with the family and then go bodyboarding and BBQ at the beach. LOL.
Wow, the purple one looks amazing. I love purple, too.

Lanieri now has full canvas option for their suits.

Pini Parma...please...hespoke did it. Like to hear your reviews
That’s a great purple. Nice unboxing, man! (And hey, just so ya know...the paper inside the box was VERY loud for me.)

The cardigan looks a bit tight on you when buttoned IMO. Fabric pulls.
it’s a beautiful day in this neighborhood!
They have short too!
I love purple
Who does MTM sweaters?
The purple looks fantastic against the blue of the shirt. I need some top in that color, goddamnit.
Am I the exception. I prefer a supima cotton sweater over wool.
Have you tried Suit Supply knitwear? If so, what do you think of it?
Happy with what I've experienced. Maybe I can do something in their store while I am in NYC this week!

Thanks. I appreciate your opinion!

did you pick up a short length one for brock to try on for us? :)
I like a little more room in sweaters so I'd definitely go a size up. That purple is pretty.. would look stunning against a crisp white shirt.

If there is a suitsupply near you, you can really kill it without breaking the bank. Wish you guys up north had same number of options as us!
There is also Spier&Mackay, which is a Canadian company with a store in Toronto.

Nice ...you always have good taste 😉 I'm into John Medley at the moment
I missed the 'S' off, it's Smedly
As being a short arse, I've got about the size i.e sleeve length and J.S Italian fit is perfect for me

Aw, I miss wearing cashmere sweaters! It’s toooo hot to wear them in Hawai’i...it’s still 84 degrees here!
I'll play the worlds smallest violin haha
@@MauricXe I would miss it too! But wouldn't mind the sun and sand 😃
